Stockist of utter rubbish. Everything seemed ok until the fitting I bought was utterly unfit for purpose. Total waste of money and more importantly my time. Will NEVER deal with them again.

Bought two Equinox LED PIR Wall lights from National Lighting. Hung them outside my house and I must admit they looked amazing - plus with the lights being activated by the sensor - made it all look fantastic! Fast forward a year and one of the lights began to flash continuously! I was gutted and was unsure how I was going to have this sorted. Here's the best part...emailed National Lighting to ask for advice on Sunday, on Monday morning had a reply and was advised by an amazing helpdesk person (Reshma) who firstly apologised for the inconvenience (now hardly their fault as things do go wrong but nice to hear this) then told me the light was still under warranty (I appreciated this immediate honesty!) she then proceeded to set up the order and gave me the great news that a replacement light would be delivered to me by Wednesday. I was highly impressed! No pain staking mails, no fuss just a resolution faster than I could say I have a problem! And just when I didn't think it was gonna get better, the replacement light turned up the next day on Tuesday and that in this current climate of uncertainty all over. Well done Reshma and well done National Lighting. Fantastic service. I have purchased most of my lighting products from this company and I will continue to do so. After this amazing after sales service I don't have any reason why I would go elsewhere. Thank you. Other companies should take a page from your book. I don't think the 5 star review does you justice.

less than 1 star service placed an order online although I phoned the branch to make sure it will be delivered the next day and they confirmed that it will be delivered to their branch the next day Friday , , and I have received an email to confirm that the order is ready for collection even 2 hours after placing the order , ( Thursday ) I went today on Friday to collect it , they have nothing in the branch , I phoned up the online team , they advised me that the order was out of stock ,and they should have contacted me but they didn't . it's just a time wasting , will never shop from this company again even for free .

Bought 4 650mm patio bollard lights very fast delivrry and exactly what i wanted for a new patio due to be laid. First 3 inspected and found perfect bug the rth one on the bottom had broken fixing to the top dome rendering it useless, one email to National lighting help desk and a replacement was here the next day, fantastic service.

Came across National Lighting whilst reviewing/comparing deals for several GU10 type ceiling lights. Reviewed Trust Pilot prior to deciding which supplier to go with. So glad I decided to place the order with this company - Order placed just before 2pm on 2nd Jan and received secure delivery by 11:30 on 3rd Jan! I had a couple of quieries re fitting and recieved excellent service (via email) from Customer Service. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Paul at Basildon is fantastic, there is literally nothing he won’t do for me, the man is a legend. Some of the Saxby products are not the greatest quality or reliable but the branch is alway very helpful sorting out the returns

Ordered 3 twin spot lights delivery address was incorrect I emailed to the correct one and also called in and also have the confirmation of the changed address all on the next day I ordered them Yet I still do not have my lights and it’s been nearly 2 months I spoke to them and they said they will get back to me and nothing

We have been served most time by Jasvinder and found him very professional in his sale attitude , patient , cheerful and answer all my question and help me when asked for advice . Ordered three identical lights and a couple of bulbs about 5pm on Wednesday. Free next day delivery was on offer for orders over £50 placed before 2pm. Was expecting delivery on Friday, but even with my late ordering, the package was delivered early by FedEx or TNT the very next day. Received in great condition, packed well. I could not wish for any better service. Price was great too. Thank you.

Excellent customer service, one parcel lost by carrier, phoned up, lovely lady checked with carrier and came back to me saying "another would be sent out straight away on a nextday b4 noon". It arrived 9.00am next day. Can't ask for better than that.

I knew the type and make of bulb that I wanted G9 LED. I Placed my order on the easy to follow order form. A few days later my bulbs arrived, well packaged and were of a first class quality. I will always use National Lighting in the future and recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a pair of matching bedside reading lights. Unfortunately, due to a bad batch from National Lighting's supplier, one had manufacturing defects as well as the replacement that was then very promptly shipped. Excellent customer service from Tina and Reshma who quickly helped resolve the issue which again was due to their supplier and not National Lighting. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Ordered some outdoor lights for my porch. Not only did they arrive quickly and were good quality, I then managed to drop one of the retainer nuts on my gravel drive and couldn’t find it - they sent me out a spare one absolutely free and very quickly. Most impressed!

Their returns policy is atrocious. It is extremely difficult to return anything and items must be returned at the customers expense. THEIR PHONE LINE COSTS A FORTUNE! I called to get a returns form ( the only way possible) and the call cost me £10!!! The only positive is that I did speak with a very helpful person on the phone but as a company I have been well and truly put off and will never shop with them again.

Shame on the store management I went to National Lighting Park Royal branch today at 10:00am. They were supposed to be opened as per their opening hours on Sunday 8:00-12:00 but it was closed without any notice. Many other people were there and had a great disappointment. I travelled 30 mins to get there on a Sunday and had to come back with nothing. Shame to the irresponsible management who don't care about their customers. At least an update on the website or a notice outside their store would have saved me such an inconvenience. I am a regular customer but thinking for an alternative supplier now.

So impressed with this company. I purchased some spotlights for my kitchen, not only were they FANTASTIC value for money but they arrived before noon the next day. I will be using them again when I buy the downlighters. Highly recommended. What’s interesting is the negative reviews seem to be pre-2015, reflecting this company has listened to customer feedback and is now getting it very very right.
