A doctor contacted me within 15 minutes of logging the call. A script was sent directly to my chemist. My symptoms did not improve and after contacting the VHI doctor a second time I was advised to go to a&e where I was seen and treated. This was all over the bank holiday. If I had waited I’d only be getting to see my own gp 4 days after the symptoms started. Excellent service which I would recommend to anyone.

Very efficient service. Good advice on the emailed report and prescription sent to local pharmacy. Dr Russell was very tentative and I was pleased with consultation. Will definitely use this excellent service again
