Cancelled appointment without notifying me.

The videoDoc facility was excellent for the particular complaint - a bite (insect) on the chin and swelling badly. Doctor was very responsive and provided fantastic service. Prescription was recommended and sent efficiently to pharmacy for collection.

Straightforward. It helps if you have all of relevant background information to hand. Also if there is another person familiar with your condition that they are on-hand to prompt you, if necessary

Good consultation, helpful doctor

Great service, lovely doctor, so convenient, got seen in 10 mins didn’t have to leave my bed and the prescription was emailed to my preferred pharmacy. Only negative was the quality of the line, it was a little difficult to hear her sometimes.
