Very good service ....was only weighting 20 minutes and doctor was very helpful and would definitely use the service again....I had rang my GP would could not see my 2 year old for at least 3 days .... video doc seen hir in 20 minutes.... video doc is the way forward in my oppinon

My first experience with videoDoc was excellent, I was a bit apprehensive but I couldn't get an appointment with my own doctor and I was in a lot of pain, videoDoc was so convenient and I had a prescription sent to my local pharmacy in minutes!

VideoDoc was a great reassurance when my daughter was sick. My first time using this service and the experience was great. Doctor was friendly and professional and to have that reassurance out of hours without having to leave the bedroom was fantastic.

The GP i spoke with was very friendly and had a very relaxed demenour. She ecplained everything to me very well as it was ny first time using this service. I would recommend this service.

This platform is fantastic. I used last Monday and i was so surprise how quickly and efficiently is it. I was able to explain my issue and my doctor was very kind and clear in all the instructions. I will use this new platform more often form now on.

Very efficient service with kind caring gp at the end of the phone who listened to me and ensured that I understood her, I was worried at an online gp consultation would feel rushed but it didn't at all
