It was fast and efficient. I did not for long time, doctor collected all information and prescription was organised immediately

The doctor was very personable and explained in detail the pros and cons of taking antibiotics which was very interesting. I’d have no problem recommending the service to others.

Great service and doctors

Doctor said “I’m not sure, you should just go to your GP.” I had to beg her to prescribe me something. When she tried to write my prescription she couldn’t find my profile anymore and it took three hours for them to sort it out. Waste of money and time.

This is my second time using this service and as per the first time it was brilliant and a real life saver. I unfortunately couldn’t take time off work to see a doctor in person but within 10 minutes of dialling into the consultation I had a face to face with a lovely doctor on my tea break. She was very patient and listened to me. I was able to have my prescription sent the pharmacy down the street and by lunchtime had everything I needed. Excellent service.

It would be a big leap to say that I would 'recommend this company to anyone', but on this occasion I was very happy with the doctor who carried out the consultation, found her to be really excellent and I therefore felt that the company's service worked very well.

Good service wasn't waiting long

Fantastic service. Was only waiting 5 minutes to see the doctor and my prescription was ready to pick up 15 minutes after my consultation. Will definitely use again.

Only short wait for consultation (15-20 mins). Doctor very good, asking all questions required and confirming as required, while explaining details easily. Didn't feel rushed and plenty of opportunities to ask questions etc. Will definitely use the service again.

This is a great service for a quick consultation without clogging up a GP waiting room. Service is quick and handy via the video link. Doctor at the other end is competent and very helpful.

Excellent great idea
