Think this is a great service and very user friendly. Unfortunately the Doctor I had the consultation with insisted I did not require antibiotics despite me relaying to him my symptoms and highlighting to him they were worsening. I explained my sinus symptoms, head and nasal passages very blocked up and soreness around forehead and face, cough, sore throat, temperature etc. He also advised he would forward on a note for my employer, but this never arrived. That same day in the afternoon I had no choice but to attend my GP who immediately put me on a strong course of antibiotics for 10 days. She reckoned I had a bad sinus infection, therefore I did not rate this particular doctor very highly, so overall disappointed.

This service is brilliant. I didn't have to leave the house feeling awful, wait for a GP appointment or pay €60. All done and prescription sent by 8.15am. Such prompt service and for €24 I thought it was brilliant. Will definitely be using this service again.

The service was excellent. The doctor was extremely helpful and friendly. The prescription was immediately sent to my local pharmacy for processing. Within less than an hour of setting up the appointment via the app, I had collected my prescription from the pharmacy and was back home again. The appointment was for a burn that had become infected. Had my ailment been more 'sensitive' or required further physical assessment, a visit to my local GP would probably have been the better option. However, videoDoc was perfect in this scenario. I would absolutely use the service in future for similar complaints.

Great service, only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was that despite having great connection the call quality was poor at one stage. Other than that fab! Great way of seeing a doctor when you are not feeling well and even getting a sick note for work.

It’s always handy to have advice over the phone on times that we are not able to see the gp.

Great service, simple to use wasn’t waiting long. First time using but would definitely use again, my 6 year old son had a bad cough and very nice doctor put my mind at rest, i didn’t have to go to gp which was a bonus. (€60 bonus!)

Great consultation. I was a bit anxious about my symptoms. The Doctor was very competent and really calm, kind and comforting. I felt more at ease afterwards.

Very good doctor and he gave me good tips

Fantastic experience, met a lovely doctor who got me on antibiotics from my office in work. The prescription was sent to my pharmacy of choice and I received an alert on my phone when the pharmacy received it. I will certainly be using this service again however I think for more serious issue or things that might require follow up I'll still go to my GP

Quick and no hassle at all, seen in 5 minutes and prescription sent straight to the chemist, would recommend to everyone 10/10 service

On reflection the consultation delivered little value for the money paid. The online doctor was quite vague with his diagnosis and recommended I call 111 to make an appointment to see a doctor in person. 111 referred me to a pharmacist, who could only recommend off-the-shelf meds that I was already using. All that for earache and upper respiratory cough.
