I had excellent service and caring thorough consultation with lovely doctor. Highly recommend.

Very good experience using video doc for the first time in Mc Cabes pharmacy in the pavillions swords.The shop staff were fantastic and the Doctor was very careful and asked me many questions before his diagnosis.I had an eye infection which is now fully fixed.

The rate is more so to with the manner of GP I’ve used online doc a few times and the GPS are usually so pleasant, my last experience was of a sensitive matter I felt GP just did not care

Costs less than going to a doctors office, no need to travel while feeling sick, still just as good (if not better in my experience) consultation. Doctor was incredibly nice and helpful.

Very disappointed to be told at VHI Swiftcare clinic that wait time for GP consultation would be minimum 2 hours and was concerned that pharmacies would be closed by then and extra day's wait would be incurred to start on antibiotic. So, installed the App on my phone (I'm not very technologically literate) and within a few minutes was connected to a GP. Because I'd never done anything like this before, I made something of a mess of it, but the GP at the other end was so helpful, listened well and faxed/e-mailed a prescription to the pharmacy there and then, so I was able to have the script filled and start the medication immediately.

What's felt it was brilliant and would recommend to everyone.

Excellent service with a lovely doctor who explained everything. Great benefifit to have and much cheaper than going to local GP and waiting days for an appointment. I only had ti wait 15mins for a video-call!
