Arrived in less than 24 hours and I love being able to see how far my dog has walked, played etc every day and of course the confidence if she did wander that I could find her

Love the PitPat now its up and running and this would be a 5 star from me, but the instructions on getting it going are vague, and what promised to be a quick exercise on the card that comes in the box took forever to get through with page after page of info requested. This bit's a 3 star from me

Been using pit pat for 3 & a half years I used it for fun to start with but now it’s used to check up on the kids to make sure when they take him out he’s getting walked.

Ordered PitPat it came very quickly eady to set up on the app easy to charge and to fit on the collar and we have tracked our dog to see how it worked very impressed

Love pit pat Oscar lost his on a walk so this is a replacement.

PitPat themselves are great. They have an extended refund-return policy even if you have used the tracker in case it does not work for you. Sadly this was the case for me. They say it uses the mobile phone system as well as GPS, and I do live in a rural area with a sometimes patchy mobile signal. I was unable to locate my dog while my wife was out walking it 90% of the time. You could put this down to a poor phone signal, except I could see exactly where they were with find my iPhone. So the 'try it out' policy is great and saved me from a wasted wad of cash. It may well work for you, and the lack of a subscription is great but do take the time to check that you can actually track your dog where you need to.

We decided to purchase our PitPat after talking to friends about their experiences and their opinions from all of them everything was 100% positive So we placed our order and the PitPat arrived very quickly and well packaged Within minutes of following the instructions and charging top up of the tracker and our first trial run everything worked perfectly We are 100% very happy not only with the tracker but also the people behind it we receive regular updates and information and we feel the back up service is there if we need it To assure anyone in the position we were in and take our advice you won't be disappointed make the move and buy one our Cockapoo means the total world to us and we would never take that risk now of going out walkies without our tracker

It does what it says. Easy to set up and simple to use. We have a small dog so a good harness is the best thing to put tracker on but it does not bother him and it’s very robust.

Got this to be able to locate my dog if ever he runs off in the woods. However, although thankfully not needed for this yet, it does so much more - it’s acts like a fitness tracker as well as ensuring that the feeding is correct to maintain his health and other recommendations. Love that fact that there isn’t any kind of subscription, just a one-off payment. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the product too, just small things like wireless charging. Fitted to my 4 year old cockapoo it’s discrete and doesn’t bother him in the slightest. Great experience so far.

Very disappointed with this product, unless you have 100% Wi-Fi it's useless.

Seems pretty good so far; takes a while to connect when first locating your dog, but seems quite accurate
