I love that I can see my dog wherever he is even if I aren't with him. Also I used to think he wasn't getting enough walks but been able to keep track of them makes it easier to see

Love having this on our new little girl. Love that it tracks how much she has done. Have activated the actual Find My Dog once (I could see her but wanted to try it ) and find it very good and accurate

Customer service have been amazing so far, quick to respond and support you. Great updates on delivery too.

A very good idea, but relies on satellite signal. Where we live this can be quite poor, so could be a problem if we needed to track our dog. On the down side, the battery life of the collar tracker, only lasts a couple of days. Really needs charging nearly every day. Would not last long if our dog went missing. This really does need addressing.

Easy to set up and use . Preferred the up front cost rather than pay for the item and monthly subscription

Very good communication with Customer Services when I reported lost tracker. Tried to locate from their end but not conclusive. As part of PitPat Life I was entitled to a ne tracker in a rolling year and was sent a replacement which just needed activating and then we were all set to go again.

Fairly simple to set up and use. Very helpful customer service. Unfortunately we do not live in an area with a good signal, so battery goes flat quite quickly ,even on economy mode. Needs recharging at least every other day, even when hardly used for active locating. Have only been sing for a week so will see how this goes, but may decide to return it.

Good device but very inconsistent regarding network. We rarely get a signal but we have 5G and full bar. How can that be? However, when it does work it’s great.

Can’t give it 5 stars it sometimes takes ages to pick up GPS signal. I do a lot of running my Garmin picks up GPS instantly unlike Pitpat that can take upto 2mins or longer sometimes. Further to my review i have now returned the device due to exstened time in connecting to a GPS signal. Even though the PitPat was returned great customers service and ease of return

Whilst the Pit Pat did not work well in our area and I had to return it, the customer service, returns process and refund was absolutely outstanding. I spoke to a real person (and the same person two days in a row), and my return label was generated immediately after we requested to return it.

After using the Pitpat GPS daily for the last two months I would say it’s worth every penny. The gps tracker is very accurate and the app also tracks your dogs activity so you can see if your dog has had enough walks. The best thing I have bought for my dog in years.

Great bit of kit and excellent customer service. Couldn’t have been more helpful when my dog lost his tracking unit. Back up and running within a few days. Nice work Pit Pat!

Already had a pit pat so decided to buy the tracker as I was happy with original the tracker is OK but a bit vague when locating my dog sometimes takes a long time to connect with satellite

This should be minus one. Waited 4 minutes to locate the dog tried again from same place after 5 minutes told the device doesnt work when dog in a building. It was sat in front of me in a large field. Device doesnt show location if dog stolen and kept in a shed or even in a car. Slow response only reluctantly does it do what is claimed. A waste of money

Battery lasts less than two days, poor GPS, complained via email in case mine was faulty. No response. Complete waste of money
