I needed extra Velcro straps as the ones we had, had become worn. I emailed PitPat and they sent me a link. The straps were reasonably priced and arrived promptly. I have been very impressed with PitPat's after sales care on all aspects.

The PitPat tracker has exceeded expectations, performing exceptionally both at home and during a road trip through Europe. Initially, concerns arose regarding its functionality in Croatia due to the country's absence from the website's coverage list. This was a crucial factor in my decision-making process. Customer service initially indicated a lack of satellite coverage in Croatia. However, a senior PitPat representative subsequently assured me that it would function despite the omission. I can now confidently affirm that the PitPat dog tracker operates flawlessly throughout Europe, having successfully navigated France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia. Surprisingly, I experienced enhanced signal strength while traveling, often reaching full signal bars, surpassing the usual one to two bars received at home in England. The PitPat tracker's extended battery life is particularly noteworthy. Even on the highest "urgent tracking" setting, I can effortlessly attach it to my dog's collar and forget about it for approximately a week. The convenience lies in the ability to promptly activate it via the app whenever necessary.

We have a stubborn and selectively deaf basset hound who has twice vanished on a walk in search of tasty food elsewhere. I spent ages looking into a tracker for her and am so glad I went for the PitPat one. It worked fantastically straight away, the Velcro strap really holds it in place on her harness and it’s so reassuring to know we can use it to help track her down if she goes wandering again. The fact you can put the app on more than 1 phone is great and so useful.

PitPat give great customer support- they care about you & your dog. Lovely to chat on the phone for questions. Recently my tracker had a blip & the online team responded quickly. My PitPat tracker gives complete reassurance.

Often, the only way you can understand how good a company really is is when something goes wrong. In this case my dog's PitPat Tracker had stopped tracking. After we had gone through the initial and basic questions about how I used the tracker Emma took the time and trouble to look at the data the tracker was producing so that she could understand the problem. PitPat then sent out a new tracker and I've returned the old one for further analysis and fixing. It was all done in a jiffy, and with good grace and humour into the bargain. Thank you PitPat.

I’m very pleased with my PitPat! It was delivered quickly and works very well. I’ve only had it for 4 days, but the battery is still showing 60% and I’ve used the tracking on walks everyday. The location finder works well and all the additional info in the app is a bonus! I’d thoroughly recommend PitPat!
