First week of using this PitPat tracker. Don’t really know how accurate the activity monitoring is when it’s showing my dog doing less mileage per walk than me compared to my iPhone health app. As luck has it, I haven’t had to use the find my dog part but sure that will come at some point as my cocker does like a adventure.

Took over 10 minutes to try and connect to a satellite and failed. I've tried numerous times and in different locations to no avail.

Excellent service so far. But we’ve only had PitPat for a few days.

Easy to order with plenty of information given prior to purchase. The dog hasn’t noticed it in any way so it’s exactly the right size and weight. Plenty of information coming in on the app.

PitPat were first class! Sadly my first pitpat was poorly biut having contacted the team they were super efficient. Despite calling at 4.45pm they completed some remote testing sent me a new pitpat which arrived the following day. The new Pitpat has been installed for 2 weeks and is working perfectly. Thank you all

i love the idea of the product and i really think it would be great for me but it arrived and i had used it for the day but it wouldnt charge. I dont know whether the charge pad is faulty but the charge would actually go down even when on charge. Also its worth mentioning that the charge doesnt even last that long. I have returned the product and im un decided weather i want to purchase again. Such a shame when it costs so much!

I have 3 dogs and have pitpats for all of them. The odd time dog has gone missing I find them easy to use and very accurate at finding them.

From purchase to setting up was very easy. I used it to track my dog when out for a walk with my husband it was spot on

We have only had it a few days but really like the info on how far Purdey has run & walked. The tracker seems accurate hopefully we will not need to use it to find her but feel confident it would show where she is.

I love this little gadget for my dog even better as I got it on a deal on the biscuit app I love that it gives me data for my beloved girl dog just like my Fitbit for me I can also keep track of keeping her healthy this way and spotting and potential health problems would definitely recommend easy to fit and app easy too work

I’m pleased with this tracker. I have a terrier who is actually very good but she gets a lot of freedom with my husband at work and we’ve got a new puppy so I thought she might bail! The delivery was fast and so far so good. It’s been interesting to see how many miles she’s done each day. And I like that there is no subscription to pay. It would be nice to be able to see her route, a map of where she’s been. But other than that I’m pleased.got one for the puppy when he’s a bit bigger too
