Brillant customer service, brilliant app to keepntrack of your dog. Can't recommend this product enough

Really easy to use, gives you a good idea of whether your dog does enough exercise.

I am fairly satisfied with the trackers for my two dogs. My only reservation is that the tracker seems to take a long time locating a satellite. If both my dogs run off and separate, switching between the two dog locators would be wasting a lot of valuable time. Apart from the slow satellite locator it is easy to setup and use.

Product was delayed, but we were kept well informed and then arrived promptly. Device fits neatly and securely onto collar. We love it. One device but connected to 4 phones so we can all keep an eye on where the dog goes. Fantastic!

Very poor. Connection takes over 3 minutes to locate dog by then he/she run off. Irrespective of signal. Battery life shocking constantly having to charge at least 24/48hrs no way near the week to ten days they claim. We are going Tractive next.

Love being able to see how much activity my dog has had during the day.

Easy to use does what it says von the box

We rehomed a golden retriever aged 2yrs 8 moths and she did everything to escape from the garden so to know we had a tracker on her gave us piece of mind.

It is peace of mind for me and allows me to let my dog off his lead without being so anxious. Still practicing recall but it is working. Very interesting to see how much he is resting each day too. He is meeting his goal of 15-16 hours which I was surprised about as so active when I am around ( hyper cocker spaniel).

Been using PitPat for about 3 weeks. Its really helped us in our country setting. Our young dog loves flushing out wildlife! He gets completely carried away......at least we know where abouts he is now, where as before shear guess work and blind panic!

GPS tag looks good not too big. The app is nice an easy to use, signal is a bit of a problem if your in an area with bad mobile signal, it takes quite a while to locate your dog then. If in a good mobile signal doesn’t take long at all.

Great while it worked. Charging lights broke after 3 months and now it has completely stopped working after 5 months of use. Tried to contact PitPat several times but no replies

Hi We live in Spain and fitted the gps tracker today which works perfectly even although we live in the middle of nowhere. Highly recommended if your dog is prone to escape or the gate gets left open.

Quick delivery, very happy with the product. Purchased whilst on sale. Lightweight and small, straightforward instructions, easily fixes onto our Border Terrier puppy’s collar and links through the App on both mine and my Husband’s phone. Great devise that also tracks our daily walks and activity. Gives an extra layer of security and reassurance for us when our little terrier is off lead.

Super no fuss service order delivered within days Easy to set up on multiple phones and an I pad. Like the way you can scroll through the options without the dangers of undoing any info you’ve got. (Otherwise it’s idiot proof lol). Note: I haven’t used it in dense Forrest as I would not let my dog off in such circumstances but used on her usual woodland and riverside walks. Like the option of satellite or normal mapping. I have a Westie who is small even for a female but she wasn’t put off by the attachment of the tracker to her collar from the get go.
