You cannot use PitPat without installing the PitPat app on your phone which then gathers an outrageous amount of data about you and even your family/friends including financial, social, and everything else they can get which they can then sell/pass on to third parties!! By agreeing to their terms of service etc you give them permission to do that!! STRONGLY recommend you read ALL the terms and conditions of the app before agreeing; I sent mine straight back for a refund as the data gathering is outrageous and has NOTHING to do with finding a lost pet!!!

I bought this for my daughter for Xmas she said it’s very good also she loves to read about how many miles she has ran etc she us a very fast spaniel and lives to chase deer birds fox and anything that moves She is very happy although in some parts of the forest the signal doesn’t work. Thanks.

A super product. Our springer spaniel got out of the garden chasing ,we think, a fox. He had his PitPat on and as a result we were able to find him. Without it we would have had no idea which direction he’d gone. We retrieved him, wet dirty and shaking but safe. Thank you PitPat

Unfortunately as we live rurally there was not enough signal for Pitpat to work, even in areas where we have 2 or 3 bars of mobile signal ( mostly we have none) the online returns process was very easy with a full refund and free return process. The system unit is small and light, it’s annoying that you have to take it off the collar to charge it (you can’t just take the collar off the dog)

lightweight product, accurate location finding even under trees, geo loc is easier to use than mapping in countryside, interesting activity record. I even bought one for a friend

Ordered more Velcro’s which are excellent for securing the PitPat tracker however they do require changing every now and again. Even in run upto Christmas they had a quick print service. Thanks

Having lost our dog for eight hours on Tuesday last week I purchased the PitPat GPS tracker. It is really brilliant and gives us peace of mind. It needs charging frequently but that is a small inconvenience considering the trauma of losing a dog.

Excellent and speedy service, brilliant piece of equipment and so easy to set up. Superb straightforward and informative app acompaniies it too. Cannot recommend this highly enough
