I was hoping it was better on battery than the Tractive tracker we had that needed charging every 1 to 2 days but its not, and when you try to locate it, more often than not it cant find your pet. Thanks for your reply Pitpat, I have been in touch and they cant do anything about it at this time but will continue to talk with the network provider.

Initially happy with the functionality until it stopped working after approximately 10 months, since then we’ve had 3 replacements which have worked intermittently before failing one after another, and now no reply to the last two enquiries to their customer service, time to look for something else

The device fell off dogs harness when he was running in undergrowth snagging on some brambles activated find my dog and it took my to a 50 meter radius of tracker. If it had been on dog you would easily have seen him, but had to look hard in undergrowth. Worth every penny, and have now purchased a second one for my new dog.

We are still trialing this on our dog but up to now it's not great. Takes ages to find s signal that's if does find one. When does start tracking it not live data. The dog shows a few fields away on tracker when stood next to me or other way round. Charge doesn't last as long as quoted and takes a long time to recharge. I'll give one more try today but think it eill be returned for refund.

Really disappointed!!, absolute waste of money as the battery only lasts up to 20 hrs max at most and has never picked up a signal since we got it at the begining of December , we live in a good open area quarter if a mile from a NATS station so it should be good . Customer service just fob you off with text book answers . This item is not fit for purpose sadly as we were relying on this to protect our puppy .

Easy to order and very swift delivery. Now using and wish we’d bought one before. Absolutely brilliant for locating our naughty Labrador and able to renew fencing on his escape route.

It didn’t work in my area so I had to send it back

It does track the dog but it really struggles to find signal. I understand it can be harder for it to work in areas of low signal but unfortunately that is where most people take long dog walks. It also struggles to find signal in a city which is confusing as there should be great signal. The battery life is okay, it was described as lasting a few days to a few weeks but we’ve not had it last for over 3 days on one charge, which in fairness is within the predicted battery life but not what we were hoping. I’d describe it as okay but I’d rather have an okay tracker that works most of the time than a tracker that I have to pay a subscription to

Instructions & general information excellent; the business culture also seems very customer focused ... and he product works; it helped enormously when our inquisitive dog followed a fresh fox hole under fencing within a few days of buying the tracker.

Delivery was good but I cannot write a review on the product as jitnwas bought for a Christmas present for my daughter’s dog and will not be used until then.
