Just excellent product

The product is great. I also needed to use the aftercare and it was fantastic. The only criticism I have is how long it takes to call HQ and find satellites when you want to track your dog. There are certain situations when you lose your dog that you just need to know where he is and it can be highly frustrating while you wait, if only fora few minutes because it can feel like a lifetime. If there was anything that could be done to remedy that it would be 5 stars and a fantastic product.

Great item for helping track and maintain your dogs wellbeing. Also faultless customer service when asking for advice and help with their product. I purchased the activity monitor but will definitely upgrade to the GPS tracker once my doggo decides to behave and listen to me so I can let her off the lead!!

The activity tracker doesn't work properly for our dog. It's counts all his walks as pottering even though we moving at a quick pace. When he sleeps and dreams it counts as walking or sometimes even when he is not moving counts as walking. We play tug of war with him and does count that a playing sometimes counts it as pottering or walking. And doesn't count his sleep at all throughout the night Customer service is not great at all. Messaged them a few times and they take ages to respond, don't respond at all or if they do respond they just copy and paste the FAQs from the website which doesn't answer my queries. We only using the products to sync everyday for our biscuits walking app so we get points to put towards vouchers.

Absolutely love the PitPat - it’s do interesting to see what your dog does. How much walking - how much playing - how much running.

Excellent service. From ordering to delivery took less than 30 hours. Item works really well in basic mode, though I have not had to try locator. My dog doesn't seem to notice that it is attached to her collar, she carries on regardless.

Takes forever to find satellites so sort yourself 30 minutes before you go out🤦‍♂️ which is not great where I live😢

My dog chased after some deer this morning, and went straight through one field into another and out of sight. I was able to locate him to a wood where he was having the time of life enjoying all the smells. The arrow on the app took me there and I could see the distance reducing with every step. There was no way I would have found him without the app. You do have to wait up to two minutes to connect to a satellite, which seems forever when you are waiting, but once connected it is really reliable and accurate. The other things I like about PitPat are that there are no monthly fees and once the tracker is charged up it lasts for about a month (ours do) rather than every few days as is the case with some trackers. The service I received was really good and efficient.

Speedy delivery, great customer service

Purchased a PitPat Tracker 12th August 2024 and it suddenly stopped charging. This morning Lauren Called me and arranged for a new replacement to be sent out with a return envelope to return the old tracker. The experience has so far been impressive. Only four stars due to the failed tracker.

I ordered some new Velcro strips for the tracker. They arrived next day which was pretty impressive, especially this close to Christmas.

Great item, feel safer taking my Labrador out, who can be a wanderer at times.

Warning to consumers looking for a reliable tracker! We bought our PitPat just over a year ago & from the outset the device did not charge properly, we contacted the customer service & they replaced the device as we only had it s few weeks. We don’t use the PitPat constantly @ it had very little wear & tear. I went to charge it the other day & left it on the charger for hours but there was no charge going through the device. I contacted customer service once again but since the PitPat is outside the years guarantee they cannot help. They have told us we can purchase another device with 50% discount. I just want to warn others that this product is not built to last & once the battery has ran out the unit is defective. We paid £160 for this device which was a total waste of money. We are looking at alternative trackers as a replacement.

Not fit for purpose, save your money. Bought a PitPat to replace a Tractive mainly because of it not needing a GPS subscription. However… The Pitpat will take around 10-15 mins to get a GPS signal if it even gets one at all, the GPS lags and is totally inaccurate, the battery lasts barely 2 days and takes hours to charge and after 3 weeks the unit has totally shut down and refuses to charge. The unit itself is very light and doesn’t look like it would last long anyway and the velcro fastening to attach to the collar is poor quality and doesnt seem like it is very safe or would last long. You also have to subscribe for £4 a month to get anything but the basic feature of crappy GPS. Avoid at all costs as this thing is useless and not fit for purpose, I only gave one star as a minus score is not possible.

Decided to try this after getting into a panic when my dog disappeared. Whenever he disappears and ignores the whistle, there’s normally a female involved. I’m older but the instructions were easy to understand and it works great. Love the fact it records his activity too.
