Our connected world means we’re there for pet parents through every step of their dog’s life. We're removing the guesswork with propositions that inform, inspire and support pet parents to make better, more individual choices, that improve the lives of not only their pets but all pets. This is a good product and I am happy. It can take time to up load to satellite by bc a few minutes but is good value if you don’t want to have a subscription each month. This product gives me peace of mind if my set of paws wandered off The customer service is also very good for speedy responses and helpful

I've had other trackers that have preformed slightly better. How better? They had an audible and visual alarms, so a bonus for a dog loss at night. PitPat is quite slow on connecting to satellites but once connected it's pretty accurate.

I wanted a subscription free tracker. This unit surpassed my expectations with a great app companion providing features such as activity tracking and compass tracking as well as location GPS maps. For £3.99 a month you can upgrade to a subscription model with some worthy benefits. If you're dog is prone to running off I would activate the tracking before a walk as it can take up to 5 minutes for the tracking to commence. This is a great device from a British company.

I find the gps very very slow. My dog could have run miles in any direction before Pitpat can tell me (if I’m lucky) which direction she has gone in.

Simple to use and works well. Bought this as no subscription. Can be a little slow to pick up the satellite but once logged on works well. So far, really pleased

Great service. Our dog ate the tracker within 5 minutes of receiving it. Pitpat understood and replaced it free of charge. Easy to use and great as we both use the app. So my partner knows where I am when I solo walk our dog.

Simple process for order & delivery, Neat little design. Works well & great customer service - I had a problem getting it to locate, when it first arrived, customer services were very helpful & the problem was not the tracker, but our two local masts were down at the time. The only thing I will say, is the battery needs charged more often than I thought it would.

Pro's - It's a one off payment / not a monthly subscription. Con's - As commented by others, signal is patchy and despite being in an open field with no obstructions, the tracker often can't locate your dog (possibly when you need it most). Battery life can be severely depleted by a poor signal at home (you have no way of turning off unit to save battery via the app, when not in use).

The customer service and support is excellent, but the device itself is not great. Battery life isn’t brilliant and the GPS coverage is patchy at best. Very often the app cannot even tell me where our dog is in our garden, when I can physically see him standing in the middle of the lawn, with no obstructions. The idea is great, but the design and implementation needs to improve.
