About PitPat

PitPat is a pet wellness company that creates products and services to support and inspire pet parents to keep their dogs, happy, healthy and safe. PitPat began because we recognised that our relationship with dogs has changed. The traditional animal-owner relationship does not apply. Dogs are no longer possessions but a member of the family and we’re no longer owners but pet parents. Naturally, we want to keep them happy, healthy and safe by giving them the best care possible. But with so much to consider and so much conflicting and contradictory advice, pet parents are overwhelmed. That’s where PitPat comes in. We take away the guesswork and give pet parents the confidence to know they’re doing the right thing for their dog. Our connected world means we’re there for pet parents through every step of their dog’s life. We're removing the guesswork with propositions that inform, inspire and support pet parents to make better, more individual choices, that improve the lives of not only their pets but all pets. Reliable GPS tracking with no subscription Food that’s good for you, good for your dog and good for the planet Uncomplicated Insurance that rewards healthy dogs Affordable activity monitoring to keep your dog healthy So don’t worry pet parents, we got you! after only 18 months from buying and very little use, the pitpat has stopped charging, Pitpat's service desk was helpful asking me questions, when after all were answered they decided it was broken (without looking at it), and offered me a half price replacement, I found this unfair as I'd paid £150 for it, I felt it hadn't lasted long enough to be good value for money, there are other GPS trackers out there that are better value for money

Surprisingly easy to set up as I do not consider myself technical. Works well in the woods and in open fields. Clear screen which is so easy to follow as it does everything for you. The price you pay is all that is needed, no subscription. It has given me more confidence to let my adventurous cocker spaniel run free.

Easy to order arrived within 48 hours. Second PitPat. We had the GPS and it didn’t work as expected. Our dog stays close when out, this is the better option.

WOW. PatPat customer service is brilliant. I had a problem with my tracker which is several months old. After just a couple of emails to and from, which were dealt with very quickly, they offered to send a replacement with a prepaid envelope to return the original. I really wasnt expecting such an obliging result. As for the tracker itself...... a great bit of kit, that comes in very handy when my minx of a hound stubbornly disappears. I have already recommended it to other dog walkers on my travels.

The PitPat product arrived promptly and setup was very easy. Sadly for me the mobile reception near my house is poor so the battery drained quickly as the tracker was constantly searching for a signal. I contacted PitPat customer service and arranged for a no hassle return. I’m sad it didn’t work well in my area as the customer service is fabulous and the product (when working) did a great job.

Happy with how the product works, never had to use it in a case e of lost dog but have trialled it a few times and worked well enough to locate dog and wife in a busy park. The product is also backed up but really good customer service which is not always the case and the main reason for my review.

Poor response time, tracking pointer was literally 180° out. It lagged behind real time tracking compared to the Tractive tracker I was thinking of replacing with the pit pat. I got 15% off the marked price, the following day a new deal was for “up to £50 off” that really is a kick in the teeth. I’ve sent it back for a full refund. Very disappointing.

PitPat arrived the day after ordering. This is the second one I have bought. Help and support when there are any queries is excellent. If there is a problem and you e mail a response is made within 24 hours. I live on a farm and have a border terrier who loves to chase rabbits. With so much space the tracker is superb at locating her.

Lauren in customer service was extremely helpful and was a pleasure to talk to. Lauren did all she could to help and when we established that there was nothing that could be done (we can't magic connectivity in the black hole where I live) she made the return process simple. Fantastic service

A little disappointed I'm afraid, works perfectly well if you're in a built up area where you are likely to get a good signal, but poorly and intermittently if you're out in the sticks when you need it the most. Went chasing after my dog yesterday with the tracker stating he was 205 yards ahead to my left, in actual fact, he was 20 yards to my immediate right. The poor signal combined with the lag in connection does not fill me with confidence. Would I recommend it to anyone else, sorry, but no.

Excellent customer service I can not fault the company. I received a full refund after the product just didn’t work in my area and was therefore totally useless for my requirements my mobile signal is very good but for some reason it didn’t have a clue where it was

Staff so friendly and cooperative...and a human being answers the phone with no menu! Works well, although I was disappointed that my first pitpat tracker had to be replaced when only one year old. Great service

Didn’t do what was advertised. Location service was way off, my dog was right besides me for 10 minutes and it was showing he was 100m behind me. Was in a park with good coverage from cellular and satcom networks. I’ve returned the unit and am awaiting a refund.

Although in an area of limited signal, I put PitPat on my doggy and ‘Start Walk’ first thing and it records all he does all day. He’s been so good off the lead, but PitPat gives us the peace of mind that if he ran into next fields or further into woods without us, he would be picked up by a neighbouring signal and we would find him. Highly recommended for humans and as freedom for dogs!
