Our Pitpat was just under 12 months old when unfortunately it stopped charging. After initial email to report the problem I had the good fortune to deal with Nathalie. Her attention was second to none. She was so helpful, after going through various ways of trying to rectify the problem she sent me a new Pitpat and stamped addressed envelope to return broken one. I always say the sign of a good company is how they deal with a problem if it arises and I can’t fault Pitpat. We don’t actually need to track Dexter now as his recall is great but it’s interesting to see how much exercise he has done in a day - and it’s a lot!!! Thanks so much again Nathalie - and Pitpat. You’re the best

Found navigating to start a walk tricky to start. Also when charging the charging pad gets really hot so would not leave it unsupervised.

Delivery was quick, app is functional, interactive and fun, device is secure on the collar. Completely and utterly useless at tracking your dog. Will only live track when it’s able to “phone home” and can’t connect if your dog is down a hole or locked in somewhere. When it does finally track, up to 20mins after launching the request, it’s not very accurate. But at least you get this heap of junk through your letterbox quickly!

Great support - the Pitpat team answered our help request at a weekend and sent us out a new device by return of post. Looked at many other devices, and PitPat still came out best. Very happy to be using this to keep our dog safe and have signed up for PitPat Life to have long term protection. Thanks!

It's invariably, if not always, showing that Peggy is out of coverage when she's not. The updates are hours old and sometimes it's clear we have no idea where Peggy is. I thought this tracker would show us at any one time where she is - we have a huge garden for example, but it won't find her as it says it's out of range. I want to know facts as well and not be encouraged to buy your food, or see meaningless badges. I'm not interested in the pack either. So actually, I feel I have totally wasted my money and I am not happy.

So lovely to have the tracker to keep an eye on my puppy when he runs around in the woods. Very easy to use the tracker app and see how busy my puppy has been.

Poor user interface. Poor method for ‘sharing’ a dog. Seems to struggle to lock on to satellites and doesn’t keep trying for long. Retains no useful tracking data without additional payments.

Your items put my mind at rest, i can keep watch of how my dogs exercise is and your tracker lets me keep an eye on him at all times
