Absolutely excellent service from Clifton Camera's staff. I had a slight glitch with the payment process (my fault) and the sales team were excellent. The lens I purchased was at a competitive price and delivery and communication was very efficient.

I was looking for a HOYA filter and nowhere on the High Street or internet could compete on price with Clifton Cameras. Not only that, their communication was first class and, having made my purchase at 3:35pm yesterday, the filtered was handed to me by the DPD delivery guy at 12:05pm today - and that was using Clifton Cameras free 'standard' delivery service! I highly recommend Clifton Cameras!

I purchased a camera and lens from them about 10 years ago and then went back to them recently for a pair of image-stabilized binoculars. I was interested in their part-exchange offer and they were very honest with their opinion of what I was offering, gave me a good price for one pair and explained why the second pair were not acceptable, but still paid the cost of my sending the bins to them. Responses were always quick and friendly. Great communicators.

I bought a Fujifilm X Pro 1 from Clifton Cameras about 15 years ago on finance. Superb service, great product, no problems. 15 years later I'm still buying lenses for my X Pro 1 from Clifton Cameras....still the same great service, they always seem to go the extra mile in customer service, they are professional and courteous even when dealing with me who can be a total idiot. They are the real deal...not a bunch of cowboys dealing out of a unit on an industrial estate....but rather a body of camera enthusiasts who take their job very seriously and want to provide a first rate service. Excellent communications and customer care. I literally can't fault them.

I visited their new store in Cheltenham today to purchase a used Sony A6700 and lens with a px. The products were close to mint and handling of the transaction and guidance by Craig was second to none. The layout and ambiance of the shop was excellent with camera equipment in glass fronted shelves by camera manufacturer on the lhs, having good visual impact, and with the “business end” set back on the right. Seating and a small table to “play” with the products at the back of the premises. A small point, but probably a fair marketing one, I would suggest more comfortable chairs. Overall, excellent.
