However, when wanting to up my game professionally and branch out to something a bit more pro, I was anxious spending a significant amount of money and getting it wrong. I ended up chatting to Estelle, who was just incredible from start to finish. I asked her question after question and I can honestly say I wouldn't have been able to make this purchase confidently without her or her sharing her knowledge. Estelle also helped me look into the finance options and trading in my other cameras I've previously had that I am ready to let go of. She talked me through it all and helped every step of the way. She's amazing.

They contacted Swarovski and kept me well informed. The eyepiece replacement was sent very quickly. It was great to see it shipped promptly and arrive exactly on time. The lens was safely packaged, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. Plus, it was competitively priced. United Kingdom | 21 January 2025I purchased the Canon R5 Mark II with lens, fan cooling Battery Pack and Spare Battery. Understanding that it would not be an immediate delivery and there was a waiting list, Clifton Camera quickly asked if I wanted to wait or cancel the order. I decided to wait. After a while, I asked how long it would take and I was informed that they were getting 1 per month and I was next on the list. After a while and no communication I enquired again with the same response and this continued for 4 months until all of a sudden, having asked Canon directly what the delay was, it was despatched and arrived. Having purchased this using Quidco, I was also expecting some handy cashback, only to find out Clifton lied and have stated that the order was cancelled or amended. I lodged a query with Quidco, who stated that Clifton Camera refused the claim. Avoid them at all costs - no customer loyalty or communication. UPDATE: A member of the team has responded to this review and apologised, which was nicely followed up with a CFexpress card to boot due to the poor comms. The cashback is an issue of a third party, to which we are still awaiting resolution and upgraded to 2 stars pending cashback resolution. Update (5/2/25): Cashback issue resolved and received. Thanks to Simon for his hard work and commitment to resolving this issue, it is much appreciated.

My wife wanted to have a device that she could take with her when we go away and to take photo's of the planets/solar system. I gave my budget and was given a choice of three telescopes. I discussed them with my wife, who decided on the Seestar device. Estelle was very knowledgeable and helpful, from my first enquiry to the item being delivered, the service was brilliant.
