This was my first trade with Clifton Cameras, having dealt with another on line seller for many years. But Clifton offered me the best part ex price by some margin, and had the very camera I was looking for, at a very fair price, and described as being 'mint' condition. When it arrived, it wasn't in 'mint' condition..it was in 'mint plus' condition. In fact it didn't look as though it had ever been used. Amazing value. The customer service from James B, Used Equipment Buyer, was exemplary. Just look at this timeline: Tuesday am...my part ex lens was collected by DPD Wednesday am...James emailed to confirm the lens had arrived and would be checked in the afternoon. Wednesday pm...James emailed again to confirm that their original quote would stand..no We Buy Any Car.Com methodology for Clifton!!..and my camera would be despatched later that day. Thursday 11am...camera arrived at my door. So the whole transaction took less than 48 hours, a quite amazing standard of service. And collection and delivery by DPD was free, a very nice bonus. I recommend Clifton Cameras totally if you are looking to trade in a camera or lens and replace with something different. They are without doubt the best company I have ever dealt with..and at 82 years of age, I've dealt with a few believe me..and I thank Clifton Cameras, and in particular James B, for a superb transaction. You are now my first port of call for my future trades.
