I was looking for a smaller camera backback to carry about half of what i usually do and came across the Vanguard VEO Discovery 42 online, after a bit of searching came across Clifton Cameras who had it much cheaper than anywhere else, paid for next day delivery and it arrived just after 12 midday, excellent piece of kit just what i was after, wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again for any products i need in the future.

If you have no previous experience of Clifton Cameras, at Staverton, near Cheltenham, please be assurred that their help, advice and service is excellent. Following a shoulder injury earlier in the year, it is difficult for me to carry any heavy camera kit. I recently traded in my Fuji XT-5, with other lenses and accessories for the lighter OM-5 system. They gave me a fair price on trade-in and I am really pleased. I recently traded in an old Kowa scope and purchased a used Swarovski scope. Everything went very smoothly and the valuation was fair. The Swarovski scope was in excellent condition, as described by Clifton, I would definitely consider purchasing secondhand again from Clifton.

Excellent range of products. Delivery is treated with care. After sales service is very helpful on returns and exchanges. All round I’ve found Clifton to be one of the best camera retail businesses in the UK.

Nice and easy to deal with. Shame the same can't be said for DPD two days late in delivering my parcel even after paying extra to get it delivered on the only day I would be home. Clifton were helpful when I contacted them as DPD said I had to deal with the seller!!!!

As a novice to a camera, I wanted the next size lens up, didn't know which ones were compatible etc. I gave them a call and spoke to a very knowledgeable and helpful young lady. Customer service is excellent and that secured the sale for me. Bought the lens and it arrived next day. For me, if the company is helpful to the customer it means they treat you as a customer and not as just another sale. I would definitely buy from them again. Product was well wrapped and secured.
