I wrote to Clifton Cameras with a query about the Fujifilm-X100V that I bought from them almost two years ago. That was at 16.45pm yesterday. I received a reply at 09.17am this morning from Mark Z. Not only was his response super-quick but it helped me address the small issue I had with some settings. Overall, friendly, quick and concise service

Very impressed with the service I received from Clifton Cameras. I saw a used battery grip advertised by them; described as Mint, whilst looking for such one evening before the recent Bank Holiday. I e-mailed them via their site looking to confirm some detail, expecting no reply until after the holiday, and then I decided to make the purchase anyway as didn’t want to lose the item. I received a response to my query over the holiday period which was very welcome and received the item very promptly afterwards. I am extremely pleased with the product. All accessories are in place and the description of Mint is wholly accurate; it really is as new. Service received was top class.

I have had the same scam email from sales@cliftoncameras Purporting to be Netflix and to renew expired subscription for 90 days free. And asking for credit card details. Hope you get sorted soon.

Receiving emails recently from 'sales@ cliftoncameras.co.uk'. That is the email address linked to this website. The emails are clearly spam and are asking me to renew my expired Netflix subscription, literally asking for credit card information. I would inform the company by email, but unsure who would really receive the email.

I have used Clifton Cameras for a number of Years now and always received excellent customer service coupled with an excellent selection of products that are competitively priced, good stock of items or the ability to obtain items if stock should not be available. Great P/Ex pricing coupled with a good selection of used items always again competitively priced. A company that makes you feel that your business is appreciated.

Ordered a used lens yesterday, txt and e mail delivery today between 2.30 and 3.30 nothing arrived rung the office “delivery was attempted at 3.15 too no 8 i live at 81 which is on the order ! They wouldnt even offer to get it redelivered has to go back to be resent later end of next week. I just told them to cancel the order i dont want it as im not happy. I ve updated my review as they have reached out to me and looked after me with a discount and free uv filter im well happy. They admitted there was a mistake on the label. Thank you Chris.

My first time using Clifton cameras and the experience from start to finish was excellent. It was also very easy to apply for credit when placing my order and the speed of delivery was amazing. On the website it said my item would take up to 7 days to deliver and I also received an email after I placed the order that this was the case as my item had to be ordered in from their supplier. But it arrived 3 days after I placed the order!
