First time I've used them but already they feel like an old friend. Their customer service is excellent and orders are dealt with very quickly followed by next day shipment. The camera, although secondhand, was in lovely condition and was excellent value for money. Unfortunately the on/off switch was difficult to operate but as soon as I reported it they arranged to pick it up and send it away for repair, all under warranty. All-in-all I'm well satisfied with the service I received and would be more than happy to use them again.

I’ve spend so much money with Clifton Cameras during the last few years, and each time it’s been such an enjoyable process. You really can’t beat the pre-sale service. It’s objective and clearly delivered. I’ve even used Clifton to sell my older gear and although of course we never get back what we originally invested. It was a great surprise to get £12,700 on commission sale. Special thanks to Mark and Troy who always goe the extra mile and with this last order of Swarovski binoculars assistance was over and above. Plus, Mark said I’d get the bins on Monday - they arrived on Saturday. Well done everyone at Clifton!

Attractive price for the Hoya HD Nano II PL-CIR Filter (77mm) and fast delivery, but DPD failed to ring the doorbell, and it was only when I happened to go out that I noticed our parcel on view to all in front of our door.
