Easy to get started and robust reporting and dashboards. Customer service is awful, multiple requests go unanswered, expectations on resolution are not met. Issues drag on and on with no follow up unless the customer reaches out again for an update. Very disappointing.

I may have made a mistake in investing $500 but I'll wait and see if I get a good return in a couple of years .

My purchase was very easy . The transaction occurred when scheduled and everything was explained to me fully. I receive updates and, emails and statements at regularly scheduled times. Great for beginners like myself just getting started in investing. The only down side is that the return is extremely low at this time. I'll hang in and see if it increases. Honestly I don’t understand what to say about it, I taught like Bitcoin I will get a percentage every month in my account. I said to myself let me try to see how it works before I invest more unfortunately I’m surprised myself I don’t know if I have to stars or not but I really want to .

The app is responsive but it could have a link that gives a personal look at properties and projections of growth in those particular properties.

I had a problem about referrals and it was quickly solved.
