Having had a relatively minor issue with an initial product, Tanya went above and beyond in rectifying the problem with the most friendliest and utmost generosity for further complications of no fault of her own. I am really quite amazed at the level of customer focused service in this day and age! Thank you so much ! I now have three Swan products which I absolutely love and fit in with my decor beautifully that I wish I had found years ago! Not only do they function well but fit my style and instantly gained compliments from visitors to my kitchen !! 🥰

I have been going back and forth with this company for a week trying to get a refund for 2 rubbish products! Their products are terrible quality and completely unusable, they are purposely replying very slow to emails (if replying at all!!!). After telling them what is wrong with the products they are asking me to VIDEO myself using the products to demonstrate the problems! Not convenient when you have young children to look after and have already packed the products away obviously as they are unusable! They are obviously trying as hard as they can to not give me my money back and I have also read similar reviews from other customers! Awful company and awful products avoid!

My vacuum broke after just a few months use but once I contacted customer services, they resolved my issue quickly and professionally and dispatched a replacement.

Items originally shipped quickly, and the one item we did receive works well and looks great. But customer service on issues seems understaffed so very slow. It's been 6 working days since I didn't receive my item (seemed quite randomly packaged so easily ripped and one item fell out in transit) and only this morning have I finally got some confirmation that the replacement item has shipped and the courier has sight of it's existence. Basically seems to take a couple of days to get a response, then a couple of days to agree to ship a replacement even though the delivery image was clear the item wasn't delivered with the rest of the package, and then still a couple of days before the replacement item actually left the building. Hopefully the replacement will arrive in one piece and look as good as the other item!

I would like to thank Allison for her first class, excellent service when I rang this morning. In no time at all she was able to locate the parts I needed for my Swan product and advise me they would be delivered in five working days. 5* service.

Still waiting for a refund. 🤯 had a coffee machine delivered which was faulty out of the box and despite me sending several emails no response so far after 2 weeks and multiple attempts to find a phone number for customer services. just want to return it for a refund but cant speak to anyone or get anyone to reply to emails. Very poor service I would not recommend buying from them based on my experience.

Ordered a microwave 27/05/2024. Still waiting despite chasing. Have complained to my bank they are also chasing my payment. Received bad advice from swan customer services in which my bank advised under no circumstances follow this advice as it could lead to fraudulant activity on your bank account. Still waiting for promised reply or refund from swan. Awful customer service. Will check companies house and contact owners directly. Will be Raising issue on Martin lewis show and rip of Britain in order to get my money back.dont know what else to do.

I ordered the Crossover direct, it was easy to do with notifications of every step. Had an issues with my product contacted via email which was responded to within 48 hours and a replacement sent, again notified at each stage..

Initially bought a microwave through Amazon which broke after two weeks so returned and bought directly through Swan. It never arrived and Swan have been less than useless at replying to my messages. After over a month I’m yet to get either a replacement or a refund.

The 5 stars in this occasion are for Phoebe. Whilst I had a lot of difficulty making contact with a human, when I finally got through Phoebe couldn’t have been more helpful. She went above and beyond by ensuring my damaged goods were re-sent. She was kind, courteous and professional. swan products are lucky to have her in their team.

I wish that I could give a 6 Star review. Allison dealt with my query and was exceptionally helpful. She understood my issue although I was asking for technical detail that had not been published. Allison put in place a plan to obtain the information which initially required her to go the showroom to measure the item for herself. This proved to be impossible as the item was not currently on show. Allison immediately came up with plan B which required her to talk to the warehouse in order to have them obtain the measurement for her so that she could personally pass the information on to me (owning the problem). She was phenomenal! She also suggested that she would pass the request onto technical staff to see if the information could be included in the specification for future customer reference. In a world where most customer facing staff “can’t be bothered”, Allison was exceptional and a credit to the company. Thank you Allison. I sincerely hope that the company values you as much as do I. As a result of Allison’s assistance I was able to place an order with confidence. Have a great day Allison. You deserve it. 6 Stars!

After an issue with contacting customer service and not getting any further in dealing with my warranty claim I managed to get contact with Allison who was very helpful from the beginning. She got the blunt of my emails but she dealt with the issue quickly and correctly ,can’t thank her enough The problem is now resolved Thanks again

I needed a new filter for my kettle. Kat was extremely helpful and managed to sort this all out for me. Fantastic customer service! Will definitely be buying from Swan again in the future!
