United Kingdom | 22 July 2024I was experiencing a few problems with my Swan cordless iron and when submitting my concerns your agent Ffion was extremely helpful and subsequently arranged for a replacement as it was still within the 12 month guarantee period. I would purchase Swan products again in the future.

United Kingdom | 20 July 2024EDIT 22 July: customer services has contacted me, apologised and arranged to send a replacement part which is very much appreciated and I will be able to use my coffee machine again! Iāve changed my rating from 1 to 4. ⦠I was very disappointed at the service I received. The agent was unable to help me and seem to take great pleasure in this. From the first message, she seemed unwilling to try to help. I asked her to escalate my query as a complaint because I was not happy with her responses or with the service, but she refused because she said she was āqualifiedā. I bought a coffee machine less than three years ago and it had a tiny design flaw in that the milk tube was made of plastic which is very unhygienic. In the past Swan have sent me replacement milk tubes, but on this occasion they no longer have them available. It seems that the machine has been redesigned with a different milk delivery method. So I asked for a replacement machine for the upgraded model which was refused. But even so I felt that the customer service agentās responses were abrasive and some of them were badly spelt and didnāt make sense. This would definitely make me think twice about purchasing from Swan and I just felt very disappointed as there was no sincerity or understanding of my frustration and disappointment- as if it was just tough luck that I canāt use my coffee machine. I felt a bit gaslit. Lends a lie to their motto of ādesigned for lifeā!

United Kingdom | 19 July 2024Refreshing to have professional customer care in 2024. Ffion resolved a fault issue quickly and efficiently. Bought Crossover Dirtmaster direct from Swan. The machine developed an intermittent fault. After assessing the fault at Swan (via email and photographs) a replacement machine was delivered within 48 hours. Well done Ffion, well done Swan

United Kingdom | 18 July 2024We told swan that our retro sage green fridge which was not cheap had broken (after 2 months of having it).. we emailed about this in February, it is now July has been leaking on our floor, damaging it permanently for the past 6 months. It's been MONTH's between responses from swan. Awful customer service. The closest we've got to sorting it was them replacing it with the wrong fridge and no inclusion of collection of the faulty one.. so guess we're back to square one now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I received a microwave that was smashed, so I returned and ordered direct through Swan which also arrived smashed. As inconvenient it is not having a microwave, my issue was picked up within an hour of emailing customer service. Sending out a new one again, letās hope this isnāt smashed and I think Iāll just have to give up on this one and find someone else elsewhere. However I couldnāt have wished for a better customer service experience and in the nicest possible way I hope I donāt have to contact them again. Your staff should absolutely be rewarded.

She had good product knowledge, very understanding and professional. It's a shame more companies don't have this sort of customer service.

United Kingdom | 13 July 2024Ordered a yellow retro mug tree and paper towel holder but wasn't happy with the shade of yellow and also the mug tree was too high to fit under our kitchen cabinets, so pretty useless to us. I then emailed the next day requesting a return form. No response. No phone number on website. No other way of contacting other than by email. After repeated emails they finally sent a returns label (3 weeks after delivery). This was returned on 24th June and no acknowledgement of return or refund has been forthcoming. Very poor service, if you can even call it a service. Very disappointing experience from what I thought was a leading brand. I certainly wouldn't recommend this company. Am still waiting for refund on 12th July.

United Kingdom | 11 July 2024I have a 3 in 1 can opener because I am disabled as I can open tins anymore and they push this electric opener as the bees knees of all openers. At not much under 30 pound I was and expected great workmanship and long lasting materials. I use it about 3 times a week so it's not really used much. I clean the little blade with a damp clothe and dry it as the spike goes inside the can lid a bit before going round. But now it's struggling to piece the lid and when it does it ripping the can lid to shreds, I am on warfarin so it's dangerous if I cut myself. I bought it through Amazon but Amazon gave me a link to swan so I explained the situation and it still under the warranty. But to my horror they have rejected my claim for a replacement or refund even though I sent my invoice with my email. They said it's Amazon job to replace if I can but 30 days have past so they would refuse. I am upset at the way swan just sent me packing with no thought of my safety or ant coustomer care, there attitude in their emails reply was they don't care we have your money via Amazon so why should we help you. I can't afford to replace I just paid my fuel bills . I don't get no help like the pensioners so I can't open my tins at the moment Swan has being so evil to me . Don't buy products from them they will cheat you
