I would love to give a 5 star review , but that would only go to the very kind and amazingly helpful customer support man Josh . He is a credit to this company and without his help regarding my repeated requests concerning a refund , Swan would be getting 1 star and a really poor review!

We had a kettle from Swan 10 months ago, over the weekend grey coating has started peeling off it. I emailed them straightaway and they’ve replied today Josh has been very helpful and informative I had several options and I am happy to have a replacement. So pleased.

Edit - UPDATE- After raising my concerns on this site, Carlie at customer support contacted me and my issue has now been resolved. Carlie has been a great representative of Swan. Thank you. I reported that my Swan Crossover was leaving dirty marks on the floor on 10th October. It is now 2nd November and the problem is still not resolved. I chased on 27th Oct and 30th Nov. Still haven't received an update. Customer service is shocking

The Customer Service Officer, Rich, was fabulous and a credit to your company. He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. I feel that he went above and beyond my expectations - he even guided me in the operation of my mobile so I could take images. Thank you Rich for such a sterling service.

Had a delivery of a microwave . Looks great lights up and turns around. ....No heat ! Had to post it back but worried that the replacement may be a fire risk . Thinking of cancelling due to poor product control How can a microwave be sent out from a factory when it doesn't work? The product should be tested first. There was no damage to the packaging and no dents to the product. Swan wanted me to add more information so they could reply....what more do they want ?

Unable to register for product warranty online, as the form wouldn't accept my product code (this needs sorting Swan!), Customer Service came to my aid and registered my product for warranty via email.

Excellent customer service from Josh. I ordered a spare part but was sent the wrong one and the one that arrived was broken. Josh confirmed that the correct part was out of stock and instead replaced the entire appliance for me which was totally unexpected. Absolutely brilliant service from Swan. Thank you, Josh!

We (at the office) purchased a Swan microwave for light use. When it stopped working I contacted Currys and their Swan products representative. Carlie was helpful and showed excellent customer service in resolving the problem. Thank you. BFC - Thornton Heath
