Fantastic customer service. Have had a few minor issues since purchasing my swan crossover all-in-one in April 2023 but all of my issues have been resolved through Facebook messenger. Also love my crossover and would highly recommend as a mop

I bought a hand held carpet cleaner from Swan for £60.00 It arrived by Evri, all good. I immediately opened it, read the instructions and did what was required. I turned the machine on (motor is very loud), filled the back water tank and starting to clean.. I spent many minutes moving the cleaner back and forth...nothing happened, no wet spot on the chair area I was cleaning and no dirty water being sucked up into the front tank. The spray feature worked but no suction. Really cross as I bought the carpet liquid cleaner from their web site as well. So I immediately emailed customer care and told them the machine is faulty. They emailed back; so very sorry blah blah blah. But could I prove that I had paid for a warranty?!! I told them my consumer rights to return faulty goods within 14 days. So reluctantly they sent me a returns label for Yodel to collect, but the barcode is invalid :( Now I have emailed them again asking that they send me the correct returns label for Evri pick up as they said in their email. Either this company is incompetent or they try many ways to avoid dealing with their faulty products. Be very careful.

UPDATE: 22-08-24 After being contacted by Zoe at customer service I have now received a full refund for both faulty Air coolers. - Don’t waste your time or money purchasing the Nordic air cooler! I purchased two after them being highly recommended by an Instagram Influencer. After 9 weeks the air cooling function wouldn’t work on the one cooler and there was an odd smell coming from it. After contacting customer support several times I eventually was given a return label to send it back to them for a refund. The tracking says it arrived back with them three weeks ago and i’ve heard nothing further or received a refund for it! I have also contacted customer support about it again but had no reply. To make matters even worse the 2nd cooler I purchased at the same time has now developed the same fault! So they only seem to work for around 3 months from purchase. Very disappointing service from a company I’ve always bought from for several years in the past. Guess I will have to contact my bank about it as Swan don’t appear to want to do anything about faulty items!

Ordered the Nordic Air Cooler and after a few days there appeared to be an intermittent fault. Tracy from customer service dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. Tracy arranged for a replacement to be sent within a few days. Great customer service. Thank you Tracy for all your help.

Hi have 3 drink fridges which are great when working. I am now 8 weeks in to getting a repair done. The customer support via email my queries never updated. I finally got through to customer services who sent an engineer out after 10 days the response was part out of stock and I need to go back to customer services I was the one who contacted them. I have now spent 2 hours over 3 days trying to get through to customer service but no luck. There is no published complaint procedure this is extremely disappointing. If customer services could respond on how I can expedite the support call I would be grateful

A week today my cordless vacuum stopped working and I called customer service Allison answered the phone and as it was 5 min to 5pm she said she will look in to on Monday as she is off weekend and she did she want out of her way to help me with getting a new vacuum even though I had just past my warranty she asked the manager to honour it excellent service from Allison and Swan they definitely deliver what they say “Our goal is to provide the very best service and we are always looking for ways to improve”

Ordered a Nordic air cooler in grey and it was delivered 2 days after ordering.However on the first use in the warm weather the air cooling option wouldn't work however the rest of the cooler was fine.Phoned and was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Allison at their customer support team,she got everything she needed from me and a replacement is on its way in the next 5 or so working days. Had a wine cooler delivered on a Friday. Left for 24 hours as stated. Turned it on Sunday morning and by Monday there is water and condensation running down the glass on the outside of the door. Also small dent in casing. Contacted Swan customer service and they stated j would need to contact the service department for them to look at it. It is less than 3 days old and i would have expected a replacement to be sent out and not for it to be mended.

I bought the full set of lilac kitchen appliances a while ago. A couple of the logo letters had come off and I couldn't find replacement letters so I got in touch with Swan customer service. They replied virtually immediately and have said they will post me out the replacement letters. Excellent customer service, couldn't be faulted....100% satisfied

Clare really helped me out when leaving the coffee machine that needed a refund for ( that I should have taken to the evri store) - I had gone away but we got an alternative process to get a refund sooner, thank you!

I purchased a fan (which I was so impressed with!) but unfortunately there was a slight issue with the remote control. I spoke to Chioma via email and she resolved it! I could barely believe it when a new one came in the post so quickly! Amazing customer service, so polite, kind and efficient. Thank you Chioma. I would recommend this brand for the product but also for the service! Can't beat it.

Both representatives,first Kai,and then Diane, swiftly resolved the problem I was having with my carpet cleaner and I received a replacement within 4 days!! Friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable approach from both Kai and Diane,made my experience an extremely positive one.Highly impressed!
