Having now used my own, I can confirm they're not only a stunning design but an easy to use, very efficient addition to the kitchen. It really helps my teenager get a meal together quickly after school. And it's incredibly handy for me too, cutting cooking time, delivering great results and easy to clean. I'm still learning everything I can do with it, but really impressed so far and excited to see how much energy we save. It's such a compact space to heat in comparison to the oven. Allison at Swan was an exemplar of efficiency and outstanding customer service once again. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you.

United Kingdom | 18 June 2024Absolutely appalling customer service, 2months I’ve been waiting now to resolve an issue, after many ignored emails I finally received a return label after a month. I sent the item back the day I got the returns label. Now it’s been nearly a month I’ve been waiting for my refund since sending the item back, emailed on numerous occasions and I’m being completely ignored now. I’m looking at getting legal advise as I can’t see anything else I can do.

United Kingdom | 15 June 2024Awful experience with them. '"Kai" from customer service didn't bother to reply. Funnily there is a review a little further down singing Kais praises so he jyst musn't have been bothered with my issue. Delivered a package and left it outside and it went missing. Explained whaf happened and got one response asking if i authorised for an investigation to be opened with the courier etc then heard nothing back. I had to open my case with paypal (thankfully i paid that way) and after no response paypap agreed to refund the order. I didn't even want a refund all i wanted was a replacement to be sent! Awful customer service!

Got a faulty cooker from them (its only days old) tried calling, left messages on social media outlets and sent emails. I have had absolutely no response. Shocking customer service!

Ireland | 14 June 2024Very disappointing customer service. I contacted Swan in February and issue is still not resolved. I purchased a retro air fryer and within a year the air fryer stopped working. I contacted swan and after much back and forth and long delays in receiving responses, I though all issues had been resolved as I was told a replacement air fryer was being sent to me. After about a month, there was still no sign of my replacement so I contacted Sean again. I then received an email stating that the air fryer had been successfully delivered and photo of same was included. The photos was a different house and not a home on my road either. The item had been delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately the picture was blurred and I could not read name on parcel or address so I am not confident this package was even sent to my address. I contact swan again and I’m still waiting. This whole episode has been ongoing for almost 16 weeks and I am doubtful I will receive a satisfactory outcome. Have purchased a lot of swan retro items but will purchase no more if this is the level of customer care provided. Extremely disappointed.

United Kingdom | 12 June 2024Got a response from Keith (management) asking me to supply information and will be happy to assist. I sent the information and still heard nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm angry. This has been going on for weeks. I will be taking this matter even further. ( See below my complaint) We purchased a swan kettle on Amazon about a year ago. It stopped working. Alexa turn the kettle on... Okay, nothing happens. Tried to disable it and enable it again on the app. Still nothing. So I unplugged it and plugged it in again. Now it won't even turn on. Contacted Amazon who referred me to Swan customer service, fair enough but more like no customer service. They told me to press and hold the reset button even though I said it don't even turn on. Still nothing resolved after months of contacting them. I keep getting the same email if you require assistance contact us etc... I mean what a joke that's what I've been doing. For a £90 kettle I expect it to last longer than a year and considering it has 2 year warranty I want the issue resolved.

I bought a Swan fryer from Curry’s and just over a year later I had it replaced by Swan as the non-stick coating was peeling off. The replacement lasted less than three months. I reported this to Swan in February and am still waiting for a resolution in June. They told me I could get a replacement product of a similar value from their catalogue as I didn’t want another fryer given the non-stick issues. Several months after telling them what I would like as a replacement I am still waiting. The customer service reps are unresponsive and clearly do not know how to resolve this issue. I won’t be buying another Swan product.

Whilst I was unhappy with the product I have no complaints about the service I received. I was in contact with Allison who responded quickly to my emails and after clarifying the issues and products she arranged for replacements to be sent out. There was a slight delay due to stock levels but I was updated all the way. Excellent customer service.

They sent a replacement, but unfortunately, the replacement iron also stopped working after a short period. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that they could not assist further as the item was out of warranty, despite their advertised two-year warranty policy. I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of support from the customer service team. I expected better durability and a more helpful response to my situation. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.
