We bought a Swan microwave and after 3 failed deliveries and really poor service by Evri for over 3 weeks, Gemma took over and after changing courier we received the parcel next day.

We purchased an espresso machine which worked perfectly, produced a great cup of coffee and a lovely foamy milk. Unfortunately it developed a fault and stopped working correctly. We contacted customer services and received excellent customer service from Tanya. With virtually no fuss a new coffee machine is on its way to us. Really easy to deal with and a great experience.

Bean to Cup Coffee Machine Took 45 minutes to make a quarter cup of (delicious) coffee. Unfortunately i can't wait that long in the morning.

Since previous review I have had response from Swan Brand whereby they are forwarding the missing part which means I can use product to the full so many thanks for swift service so for me now worth full 5 star rating

I contacted customer service for help in registering my new slow cooker as I encountered problems trying on-line. Carlie got my product registered for me very quickly and confirmed by email . Excellent service!!!

Submitted a photo of my damaged kettle. Within about 3 days I was offered a replacement which arrived very promptly. Impressed with this customer service in particular Kai who kept me informed and sorted out this problem. Many thanks

I have been buying from swan for a few years now. I chose to buy the elevate hoover as I have used sharks for the last 4 years however their quality has dropped and after 2 years that are rubbish. The elevate did not disappoint. Basically the same hoover, does the same however came with more attachments, the carpet looks even better and I was amazed with what came up. The hoover is also much lighter and easier to use. Will not be going back to shark. Don’t waste your money.

Excellent customer service, rang due to parcel being left out in the rain by delivery driver. Rang up, spoke to Carlie and was offered a refund or replacement straight away.

The quality of the Swan kettles is appalling and dangerous. The first vintage style kettle had a handle that was fixed only at the top and when the heat deteriorated the plastic holding it in place it simply came off whilst pouring boiling hot water into a mug! Swan then "kindly" sent a replacement Stealth kettle which I deliberately chose as the handle was fixed both top and bottom, but after only six months of normal use the lid fell apart! Again this happened when pouring boiling water into a mug. Swan have now refused to refund or replace this six month old kettle because the initial vintage style kettle is out of warranty. Sadly customer service cannot fix badly designed and shoddily made products. I would strongly advise staying away from purchasing any kettles from Swan.

I rang Swan this morning after struggling to contact them. I was helped by Caitlin who was incredibly helpful and friendly. Caitlin went above and beyond to resolve my issue and offered me a replacement for my faulty microwave. I was incredibly pleased with the resolution and thanked Caitlin for what can only be described as wonderful, fabulous customer service. She dealt with it so effectively and followed up with a confirmation email. I would highly commend SWAN for such fabulous customer service. Thank you Caitlin

I was trying to find a product but couldn't find it on the website. Sent an email and also used X. Had quick responses and went over and above what I had expected. Amazing service all around. Very impressed, probably one of the easiest and efficient transactions I have had ever!

I am really pleased with the support I have received from Luke at Swan. He was really friendly and polite on the phone and gave really good advice and assistance to the issue I was having. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Swan products or their customer service team.
