United Kingdom | 19 May 2024I ordered and paid for a kettle and mircowave on 6th April. Only the microwave was delivered so I contacted Swan on 8th April to report this. It took them until 24th April to reply (over two weeks!) to just tell me that both items had been dispatched and to ask me to confirm they had both been delivered. I replied straight away to say the kettle was still missing and it took another week for Swan to reply to say they would investigate and get back to me within 48 hours. This didn't happen and I got another email on 10th May asking me if I had reviewed the update from them and that if I didn't reply they would close the case down. I checked and I hadn't had an update from swan so I replied on 10th May to say I had heard nothing and would like a contact for complaints. It is now over a week since this and I haven't had a reply and I'm still without a kettle I paid for about 6 weeks ago. I don't think I've ever recieved worse customer service.

It’s a little too noisy to have running in the bedroom at night, but it’s collecting a huge amount of water throughout the day.

I contacted Swan and received a very nice reply from Zoe. She dealt with the issue and (completely unexpectedly) organised a replacement iron. At no time was there any suggestion that the iron may have been used and abused, instructions not followed etc. and no grudgingly offered "good will" replacement (as I experienced once with a very expensive saucepan). So a very big Thank You to Zoe and Swan. Excellent customer service. Susan

United Kingdom | 11 May 2024I was so excited to make my purchase. Then I saw the courier was Evri. I purchased a kettle and paid £5 for next day delivery on Thursday 2nd May. It was dispatched Friday 3rd and out for delivery Saturday 4th. It never arrived. I contacted Swan via email (as per their website) 3 times and had no response. I googled a phone number and called them on Wednesday 8th May. I was told they'd look into my "missing parcel" and then I recieved an email telling me to expect a response in 48hrs. I was not happy with this so I called back. I explained my situation and was told they needed to speak to Evri before they could dispatch another kettle and couldn't do it until the return was made. I contacted again and asked how they expected the return to be made given that Evri had told me the parcel was missing. Swan then spoke with Evri and agreed to resend a kettle on Wednesday 8th via next day delivery. I asked if I would recieve it Thursday the 9th May and was told next day delivery is 3-5 working days (AKA Not next day). I spoke again with Swan on Thursday afternoon as I hadn't had and updated tracking information and it turned out the replacement kettle hadn't even been dispatched. I eventually recieved on Friday 10th May. 8 days after ordering and paying for next day delivery. I was told I'd have the next day delivery refunded but that hasn't happened. I actually haven't had any further contact whatsoever. I'm glad I finally have my item but the service was shocking. Apart from Declan he tried his hardest to resolve the problem but his hands where tied by management.
