Fridge arrived. Unpacked it and it’s damaged, yodel are a terrible delivery company.. We emailed customer support more than 10 days ago and have heard nothing. Impossible to get through to speak to someone to arrange a replacement just go round in circles. We just want a replacement. One that’s not damaged

Delivery was due it said it was a few stops away I waited outside to see the van arrive then drive off . About 10 mins aftar it says delivered and a photo of a front garden that's NOT mine. And is not any of my surrounding neigh ours homes either . Tried emailing 6 times each ignored no reply . Tried Facebook each ignored . This is unacceptable I want my money back . Loved my self opening retro kitchen bin but sadly it stopped opening after around 18 months. Declan and Carlie were both very helpful in explaining the guarantee and organising a replacement bin. Excellent service from Swan, thank you.

I purchased a microwave from Swan, but unfortunately it was being sent to a previous address. I contacted Swan to tell them about the mix up, but the item had already been despatched. The guy who answered the phone told me he would have the item returned to them. I was able to update my address on the payment method and l received the microwave the next day. Great communication and service

I’m a single dad with little to no money extra.. I purchased the steam mop to help clean up after the little rugrats and unfortunately it stopped working! After reaching out to Swan and dealing with Amber they are sending me a replacement! This has warmed my heart as there is genuine people/businesses out there! I wish I could purchase more swan products but like I say times are hard for us all and I will make do with what I’ve got however still extremely thankful for the service that I received! Swan you have made a single dad happy! 😊 thanks for everything! If you ever need me to test any of your products hit me up!!! Thank you again!!!

On 13 March 2024, I purchased a handheld carpet cleaner online through the Swan website directly. Having bought from Swan in the past with no issues, I didn't envisage that there would be a problem. The item was dispatched rapidly and I received an email from Evri that evening saying they had just received the parcel from Swan. On 14 March 2024, I received an automated email from Sawn saying the item was on the way. On 15 March 2024, I received an automated email from Swan saying the item was out for delivery but at the bottom of the email was a message from the courier stating that: "We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We're working to get it on its way on the next working day and we'll let you know once it's out for delivery" I have neither heard or received anything since. The Evri website says the package is on hold. I contacted Swan customer service by email on 19 March 2024 for a status update and received an automated email in response telling me that wait times for responses were TEN DAYS. This in itself is a ridiculous amount of time for a dedicated customer service team to process requests/queries. Still nothing even after the expiry of the 10-day period during which I patiently waited and followed instructions by not sending another email so as not to clog up the system. I sent another email on 1 April 2024 (NOT an April Fools' joke although they appear to be taking me for a fool at this point) requesting the cancellation and refund of my order which I never received and nothing, not even the automated email to acknowledge receipt. Proper communication is absolutely key in running a business and to say Swan fall short of the bare minimum in that respect is an understatement. I am still waiting to hear back from someone and to obtain the full refund for my missing item.

SCAMMERS I purchased an item directly from Swan, the item has broken after seven months. The item has a two year guarantee. I have tried to contact Swan customer Services via email four times, each email has been ignored. It is safe to say that I will never purchase an item from Swan again.

Terrible customer service. Been trying to get hold of them for weeks now to return a microwave & toaster and nobody replies. Have no choice but to go through my credit card company to try get a refund now. - I would just like to edit and say I only sent a chaser email as I was sent an automatic return label off the back of my first email, a label that was too small weight wise and dimension wise to use on my product. This was the only reason for my multiple emails as I could not use it. Thank you.

We bought a swan handheld carpet cleaner but the water tank did not fit on the body of the main unit so we contacted swan via email and now 4 emails later from us we still have not had any reply, do not buy from swan their customer service is the worst that we have ever experienced

Very poor customer service. Part of the catch of the retro microwave broke off, you think it would be easy to replace, every other brand does spare catches. Nope. They tell me to throw it away despite it being in excellent order for the sake of not providing spares. Absurd. Oh and they took over a month and a half to tell me this. Hi Keith if you contact me on this email I am happy to provide you with the email I used to order the microwave, the order number, receipt and the entire conversation with customer services.

I ordered a handheld carpet cleaner from Swan. The delivery was okay. However the product didn't seem to work too well so I sent back the item. It was after this that the issues started. My initial email to swan got an auto responder telling me to expect a 2 week delay to responding to my email. After no response I tried again. Eventually I managed to get through after calling up. I was issued a label and I returned the item. I then get a refund notification £6 short of my initial purchase. I get told that this was due to the fact it was a change of mind. I said that I'm not sure if the product was just poor or the item was faulty. They eventually gave me the remaining £6 back but with the comment that it says on the terms and conditions on the site about the £6 fee and it was just a good will gesture. I checked the site and it doesn't mention it on the popup when you order or in the returns policy. I questioned this but they are still unable to provide me a link to this. Beware of this company if you have any issues with your product, it'll be difficult getting hold of them and getting your money back in full.

Two badly damaged items were received via Evri before a third was successfully received via Yodel. Declan was quickly able to re-order replacements quickly without any hassle and very pleased with the product and service given by Declan. Pleased with the product too!

Purchased a vacuum 6 months ago, the plastic screws that connect the dust container to the wand have completely snapped leaving the vacuum totally unusable. Sent an email 5 days ago & have since sent another email & have had no response. I received an automated email advising they will reply in 10 days, 10 days is ridiculous when you have a faulty/damaged product. I’ve purchased another dust container today but cannot figure out how to remove the snapped screws or original container from the handle in order to fit the new one when it arrives, presumably it must come off otherwise they wouldn’t sell the spare part but I don’t want to risk damaging it by using more force & there are no instructions online on how to fit the new part. Really disappointed in the after care service. Edit - Gemma has been extremely helpful in dealing with my query & resolving the matter by sending me a new vacuum.

Recently purchased a swan item which was faulty, called Swan direct and got speaking to Rich. Rich dealt with the issue immediately. This Gentleman is a credit to the swan team. Delighted with the customer service I received and how quickly everything was sorted.

Update as customer service got in touch with me (it is unfortunate that they only responded to this review and not my original email) and they sent me a replacement microwave very quickly! I don’t think that excuses such as ‘we are really busy’ and can’t even respond within 10 days is acceptable. It’s clear from some of the reviews on here that it needs to change. I have amended the rating but cannot give it 5 stars due to the poor customer service at the outset which was unnecessary. However, thank you for replacing the microwave. Really disappointed in Swan’s lack of customer service and care. Purchased the 800w Digital microwave in silver in mid September and unfortunately the lights started flickering and now don’t even come on at times. Contacted Swan’s customer care on 12/03/24 and received automated response saying they would respond within 10 days (that in itself is really bad and off putting!) waited over 14 days and still nothing! I purchased a Swan microwave directly from their website as I thought it would be excellent quality and I expected excellent customer service from them.. how wrong I was! I have a faulty microwave and really would like it dealt with!

We purchased a Swan cooler from Robert dyer's. Both I considered reputable companies. We used the cooler for a couple of months during the warranty period. However it stopped working I contact Robert Dyer first to explain although only just out of the years warranty it no longer worked but they were not at all interested. I contacted Swan and after explaining the problem they very kindly have offered us a replacement I cannot thank them enough for their consideration in this matter and would not hesitate to recommend the Swan brand

I contacted Swan over a month ago about my faulty coffee machine. I have contacted them both via email and Facebook and I have been ignored. Safe to say if you have a faulty product they do not like to help. Huge red flag

Evri lost my order , they confirmed they had lost it . I contacted Zoe and she arranged for a replacement order quickly and without fuss . Excellent customer service 👏
