I contacted Swan straight away and did receive a reply a while later, then after chasing a couple of times, I then got told yes they would send me a new charger, I sent my address details back straight away and have still not received it, I have messaged several times since and not had any reply. This has been going on since January! and I have a new vacuum that I cannot use!

United Kingdom | 12 April 2024When I try to open the door on the freezer, the whole freezer nearly tips over. I have to hold the freezer with one hand and open the door with the other. Is it supposed to be this tight? I don't think it's safe. Also when I close the door, it feels like it's sticking just before it closes.

I got in touch with the manufacturer and reported it after sending a copy of proof of purchase, they said they would replace it for me. I am so happy that I will definitely recommend Swan to my friend's and family

My original review was 1 āļø due the extremely poor customer service I was receiving over 2 month period. I was passed onto Gemma who was amazing and my issue was resolved in 2 days. Swan also replaced my faulty good tho has left me hesitant to order in future. If a product had 2 year warranty it shouldnāt be so hard to sort out. I must say Thank you swan for the free gift š much appreciated.

I received a reply stating that they would replace it at no cost to me. The person (Declan) that answered my email could not have been more helpful.

Have been waiting over 2.5 weeks for an answer from the customer service team about where our product is. We have emailed several times and with no apparent number to contact we are beyond frustrated. We have been told by the delivery company that itās been returned to Swan (aka the sender) and no refund has been issued or replacement sent and have had ZERO communication about this. Unacceptable.

United Kingdom | 08 April 2024I've just received my online order of a Swan Brand fan heater. It looks like Evri has kicked it down the street. The box is all torn, collapsed and open, and there's a massive chip out of the plastic front casing of the heater. I'm outraged and angered that I have to now await a refund for a number of days, the T's and C's say. Avoid this company like the plague. Update: Swan was quick and communicative with its response and refund, and I can't believe it would have left the factory in that condition, so it's down to the courier. Swan should be more careful with the company it keeps.

United Kingdom | 08 April 2024They sent an air fryer to the wrong address not one I recognised. I have signed a not delivered to me form which they accepted. I was cut off half way through a conversation with customer services and now I am told the number is not available . I have rung it several times . Now what do I do? Finally got through and spoke to lovely Amber who has promised a new air fryer will be sent but may take five days. I feel punished for someoneās mistake. I usually like to deal directly with a company but this has been a really bad and stressful experience. Now arrived and it looks very different and amazing . Not used yet but looking forward to doing so. So thank you Amber.

United Kingdom | 08 April 2024Hi my swan coffee maker started leaking from the steamer, it was 18 months old and I had used it every day. I phoned Swan customer service and spoke to a friendly and extremely helpful lady who explained the process to replace it under guarantee. I followed the simple procedure which asked me to cut off the plug and send pictures to Swan. There was a delay receiving my replacement so I did have to phone again but the man was helpful and apologetic and I received a new coffee machine a few day later. How refreshing to be able to talk to a friendly person on the phone, what brilliant customer service. Well done Swan, will be definitely be buying Swan products in the future.
