Holly sent me a lovely email, saying that they would send me a new lid. My kettle now looks like new, thank you again for this exemplary service.

United Kingdom | 23 April 2024This fab is amazing. I tried so many when my hot flushes started and saw this one on Instagram. It has a silent mode which is perfect as I need it on all night. It started to make an odd noise on all settings but high. This was so annoying and I could t use it: I contacted Swan and they were brilliant. I sent a video of the issue and they quickly responded with an email saying a replacement would be sent. Very good customer service and a two year guarantee which is brilliant. Very happy with this and would recommend buying this and Swan look after their customers.

We have had no contact, no offer to send another out or reimburse my money, have emailed but no reply! In the past I have bought kettles, air fryers, microwave etc from them but never again!

There was a delay in response from the company but they explained they are a small company and not a large call centre. Once response was received they dealt with collection and replacement efficiently. They also allowed a free gift as compensation.

Had to make contact re a faulty toaster, and Declan dealt with my query helpfully efficiently and very helpful! Swan will replace my toaster once it is in stock. No problem, no hassle. First class service. Thank you Declan. Also the last time I had a similar problem, Caitlan who is now Manager was just as friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Well done Swan for having great staff!

United Kingdom | 19 April 2024This is an update of my original review of swan brand ,the company did contact me by email and offered 2 bottles,of the crossover detergent due to mine being burst I was also offered a 15% discount of a future purchase over £49 if I updated my review I think it shocking I had to come on here and write a review in the first place to get my complaint dealt with and I won't be taking up the offer of the discount this could of been resolved a lot sooner if only someone had done their job properly thankyou swan for the extra bottle of detergent but sorry I will be thinking twice before ordering again

United Kingdom | 18 April 2024Great customer service. Bought a new swan kettle that intermittently wouldn't switch off, so had to stay in kitchen whilst boiling kettle. Contacted customer service to request a replacement and following a couple of emails exchanges, new replacement was sent out. Only reason not going full 5* is because there were delays in responding, however ultimately happy with outcome.

When I finally found my receipt and contacted Swan to see if I could get a refund they could only give me products. As I was outside of a month of when it broke. I’d already repurchased the same swan kettle as it was part of a set. Amber who dealt with my issues was fast, efficient and very very helpful and organised for me to receive 2 products from the Swan range instead which was very very appreciated

Nothing but the casing of the microwave was heating up - and that was too hot to touch! I contacted Swan with proof of purchase etc and the whole thing was dealt with very efficiently by Declan and Amber with a brand new working replacement sent to me within a few days Thanks so much! So refreshing to have an issue dealt with quickly and efficiently
