United Kingdom | 07 May 2024The coffee machines are excellent for this price range and I love the vintage look of these machines. I had an issue with the machine as it stopped working all of a sudden. I could neither get my espresso nor use the steamer for frothing. When I reached out to Swan-Brand’s customer care, Zoe responded positively and offered me with a replacement of the machine. I am more than satisfied with the kind of service this company has provided. The only complain I would have is the speed of service, but we all know that small companies offer better customer service than just speed and larger conglomerates struggle to give a personalised service although they are good at faster delivery and speedy solutions. I am sure that Swan Brand will be a big brand in the upcoming few years in the coffee industry.

Tried to get a refund for the knives, it's been already a month and I still haven't received it. Wrote lot of emails, but it takes ages to get an answer from them. First email eas on 25th of march. Today is 6th of may and still nothing. Will try to write a complaint to consumer rights. Not happy about the situation.

United Kingdom | 05 May 2024I bought a swan kettle & toaster but unfortunately the kettle started to leak I emailed swan & was contacted by a lady called Diane who delt with the matter for me she replied to me straight away unfortunately they no longer do the original kettle so I was able to choose another from there website which I received a few days later well done swan your customer service is excellent thanks Diane

United Kingdom | 03 May 2024I ordered some cannisters for my kitchen a few months back, I was waiting for the kitchen to be finished and to collect other bits and pieces. When the parcel arrived I just checked the invoice which was correct so I put the parcel out of the way of any dust/dirt. When finally dressing the kitchen I opened the parcel and it was a completely different item. Due to the time I had it in the house I didn't think I would be able to change it. I then spoke to Kai who not only apologised, he immediately organised the correct item to be delivered and suggested to either gift it or donate it to a good cause which is what I did. The correct item arrived quickly and is now in place. Thank you for excellent customer service support.

Contacted Swan who asked for the serial number, address and a picture of the water leaking and in less than a week they sent a replacement, no fuss. Other companies make you jump through hoops just to get a replacement but it was no issue for Swan, great service!

United Kingdom | 02 May 2024I recently contacted Swan as my kettle was not working correctly, it was the third kettle I purchased from them. I told them it was over one years old and they told me that they would replace it and had me cut up the wire and write details on the kettle and give them the photos. I did all these and then heard nothing even though I contacted them on several times. Weeks later without a kettle they have now said that they won’t replace it. It has been a sham from the first contact with them that took 28 days to reply. I have loads of swan products and I am so disappointed in the way I have been treated.

She even sent me a link to information about the history of Swan and the older products. Even though there weren't in the end any replacement handles I could buy, I was very pleased with Holly's help. It would have been so easy for her just to say ''no'' immediately, but she really took trouble to investigate. Thank you!

United Kingdom | 30 April 2024I contacted Swan in January regarding corosion issues with my kettle lid & a 'peeling' effect on the handle & attaching photos to back up my complaint. Carlie responded & said she'd send me a new lid. However, as there was no sign of the lid I got in touch with Carlie again who advised she was still awaiting delivery of the lids. I also reminded her that the 'peeling' effect I mentioned was never addressed. Today I received an email from Amber apologising for the delay with everything & has very kindly arranged delivery of a new kettle. She identified the delays & kettle issues & understood my disappointment. Thanks so much to Amber for her efficiency, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

Whilst it did take some time to respond to my email, Zoe at Swan rectified the issue really quickly and was super helpful. I have several products from Swan so this experience has provided me with reassurance that the company will help if things go wrong

United Kingdom | 28 April 2024I ordered a glass fronted under counter fridge, it arrived damaged. Swan offered 10% off but no offer of exchange or refund. I declined 10% and have not heard anything back since. In the same order I ordered a cordless vacuum, which took continuous chasing of evri only to be told they have lost it. Have emailed swan and heard nothing back. Out of pocket with 1 item and disappointed owner of a damaged item with 2nd item. Poor customer service. Would never use again or recommend to anyone. To swan, I just want my money back and stop hiding 1 star reviews from your website, you are misleading with your website reviews.

United Kingdom | 27 April 2024I bought a new toaster and kettle to match when I had a new kitchen in Dec 22. the toaster stopped working recently and I called up customer service as it was within the warranty. a Lady called Diane contacted me throughout the process and guided me expertly. I received the exact toaster in less than 2 weeks . I couldn't be happier with the company or the service I got from Diane . Well done swan
