BetOnline is stealing user funds. They dont hesitate to steal thousands of USD by saying "you broke the rules". They disable your account so you can never login again. Support just tells you you broke the rules, doesnt even clarify which one.

Absolute money grab. Zero chance to win anything. I'd be surprised to learned they have ever payed out a single player. Zero customer service. They copy and paste the standard message of zero responsibility for running the site that just stole all of your money. It amazes me that this is what you have to choose from as an American when there are actually legitimate sites available out there but not to U.S. citizens. You have to accept this trash.

You play the same bots every time and they just happen to land on the perfect cards and always just "coincidentally" hit on straights, flushes, and full houses on the final 3-card draw while you also "coincidentally" get 3-4 cards of the same suit on the first 5-card draw then almost impossibly never get another 2 cards of the same suit to complete the flush.

I have yet to receive my deposit from them from a crypto deposit I made. I used the address from my previous deposit instead of the new one by mistake, which I’ve done before and I’m sure it happens everyday by what the guy in support said when I spoke with him, and it is usually rectified in less than a day; but this time I’m up to 3 days now and since the people in the support team I’ve spoke with lately were quite rude about it I’ve decided I will post a review and update it everyday I haven’t received my deposit or until I’ve received my update to where my money is. Also they felt it unnecessary to give me any courtesies for taking as long as they have to deposit my money into my account, so there is no benefits to being loyal to this place. So I just went to start an account, and companies that offer deposit crypto instead of dbt/credit, I will do that. So I never send alot at first, so I just sent about $30 in LTC nothing major. Connor told me he saw no evidence of any delays and I should be receiving payment today. If not, then I should contact them tomorrow and start the whole process over again. Been trying to get paid out for over a month. Truck driver that stays out for months and my online banking gives me one statement per month. 24th-24th. So I’m having to wait another month to show them that they have not paid out my winning when I talked to customer service on the phone after getting no where through the chat, the agent tells me send in screenshot of daily bank activity for the dates in question. I do then get a reply back that it won’t work. So this is the second time I’ve had to dispute a payout thus way. The only thing that can be truly trusted about this site, is the sports betting/payouts.. their casino is DEFINITELY rigged. Just take a look at their software.
