I have long experience with international travel for business and pleasure, yet I have Always struggled to take more than a short nap on a plane. I’ve tried several travel pillows and FlyHugz is the first one I’ve used that actually gave me a decent bit of sleep!

We used our Flyhugz on a long flight to Europe and arrived having slept well in coach. The Flyhugz were a little warm for me, but my wife said they were perfect temperature-wise for her. I also purchased the earplugs and love them as they fit inside almost invisibly in my ear. They reduce sound significantly and allow me to skip other bulkier earplugs or foam insert type.

I really like my FlyHugs. I took it with me on an 18 hour flight. It provided great support. My only issue is that it got a little warmer than I would have liked.

I travel on contract all over the US. I've used the "donut" pillows and always come away disappointed after purchasing several. The FlyHugz is amazing! It's firm enough to hold my head in a good position, no neck or shoulder aches. But soft enough to be comfortable. Not to mention, I'm always cold on flights and this keeps me comfortable with a nice, warm feeling. Love my FlyHugz. As a matter of fact, I'm buying one for the Hubs for his birthday!

I was hoping to be able to sleep on my flight to Argentina without my neck being in pain. I was blown away by the comfort of the pillow. I even took iinon the bus and road trips I did. Fantastic product. My son and I loved it.

For once, i did not snore :) The product kept my head up straight, and I did not feel any neck pain after several hours of use; my travel time was 9 hours. so overall good ob guys

I received a response from FlyHugz regarding the request for a refund. I previously received a response that I a refund would be forthcoming once I contacted the FlyHugz Support. I did as requested and today received an email stating that a refund was not possible. Note I contacted this fraudulent company to cancel this product prior to shipment. Well, once I sent the email request, the product was shipped. I sent email after email requesting a refund label. The item has not been opened and is ready for delivery. Now I will have to see how to resolve this by legal means since this 60 Day Money back guarantee is untrue. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Business tactics are suspect. You cannot contact anyone with the number they have listed on their website.

Beware of scam! They will offer you extras during the checkout process but don’t tell you that it will DOUBLE YOUR ORDER. Then they don’t allow you to cancel or make changes to your order after you submit. THEN their return policy is a total lie. They will not accept returns for the additional items they scammed you into ordering because “they are a small business so they can’t accept returns for over ordering” even when you offer to pay shipping. So now I’m out over $100 and stuck with 4 of these stupid pillows. It also took them 4 emails and reaching out on instagram to get them to reply. Avoid this company, they have shady business practices and horrible customer service.

The package arrived after 3 weeks. When I opened it, I noticed the strong chemical odour of flyhugz. Opening the zip of the pillowcase, I discovered further that the foam cushion is of a very cheap quality, with holes and lumps sticking out. Cheap product made on China. Contacted also supprt but no answer so far.

I’ve been reading reviews on this company and I seem to be in the same boat regarding cancelling my order. I emailed minutes after my order telling them to cancel, I got an email asking why? I answered straight back then got nothing until my order was on its way and my money was taken out of the bank So so peed off with them I don’t care if they are good products or not customer service is appalling 🤬 I’ll never buy from them again

I tried to cancel my order literally the same day i ordered it. I kept emailing their team but i get no response and no help at all. Horrible service. The neck pillow sucks too. Don't waste money on this!

I was a bit concerned after ordering this, especially after reading reviews, and because I saw advert on Facebook. However the neck pillow arrived quickly and although I've only tried out at home in really pleased. It is much more supportive than my previous pillows.
