They changed my rate without giving me the correct notice and changed direct debits up late last year (2018). Make sure you can evidence everything in the event of a dispute! Its cheap for a reason!

United Kingdom | 22 November 2019Be careful with this company. They wont contact you by phone or post for any extra charge, but will wait a while and let the bill rack up. Then they will force you to stay with them untill you have paid it all off. I dont know any other company that does this.
