United Kingdom | 13 September 2019Was initially worried about switching as I had never done it before - but it was relatively straightforward. Website recently improved - now much better. So far, a very good service - will give it another year before I give it the highest rating!

United Kingdom | 13 September 2019Great prices, website not fully functioning, no chat facility, crap customer service, no phone number. So just about worth it, for the price.

United Kingdom | 13 September 2019Good overall service. Easy to read meters and easy to give meter readings each month. Very good value for money. Overall would highly recommend and definitely continue to use.

United Kingdom | 13 September 2019After 6 months of chats and calls, space and kettle tests in an attempt to get my day and night readings corrected which were in reverse, finally SAM has managed to get them re-aligned. . Now i'll wait to see if correct bills apply. Most of the other agents have spoken with have promised but didn't deliver. Well done Sam. Don't know if its useless company or internal systems, or agents, but well dne SAM for sorting it. A big thank you

United Kingdom | 13 September 2019Whilst E7E is the best deal I have found for energy supply I was disappointed to find that all of my electricity usage had been charged at the day rate, rather than over 50% being on the much cheaper night rate. This also coincided with a rather high estimated usage, suggesting that I was somewhat more in debt than was true. The debt was brought about by E7E's decision to reduce my monthly payments, if they had been left as they were there would have been no debt. This was all resolved very easily, i was then told of a better deal than the one I was on which I switched to. In summary - good prices, you need to give your readings monthly to avoid over-estimates, and you should ask about better deals, so I feel that E7E could be more proactive regarding reminding you to give your readings, and advising you of better deals.

United Kingdom | 13 September 2019When I first switched to be very be honest, I was VERY unhappy. The service was terrible, the experience was terrible, the DD was completely wrong, and most of all I was annoyed with myself that I switched to Economy Seven. Things got even worse when they decided to change to a Summer and Winter months DD mandate. It got so bad I cancelled my DD and paid each month for the energy I used. Simply put, what a hassle. I read all the negative comments on various social media sites and thought this Company will not last. I better move. But my gut told me otherwise and I am happy my gut was right. WOW, somethng must have happened at Economy Seven. In fact monumental something. Overnight they went from a disaster to a hero. They reverted back to normal correct DD, they updated their website and most of all their customer service had a 360 degree turn. Suddenly Customer service were a pleasure to speak to and helpful. Many people are quick to complain when things are bad, like I did, but unfortunately they are not so when things are good. So I can tell you as someone who keeps a close eye on the energy sector and the best deals out there, Economy Seven are the best by a long shot. EXCELLENT energy rates, EXCELLENT customer service, EXCELLENT website, EXCELLENT overall. I am a very happy customer and I am delighted I stayed and stuck it out. ECONOMY SEVEN well done you should all be very proud. To sum uo the above ECONOMY SEVEN rock!!

United Kingdom | 13 September 2019Switching was no problem. After a few months in common with other suppliers all of the rates changed and with that the direct debit amount went up. The increase was large and there was some confusion about the implementation but Economy 7 tried hard to sort it out quickly and communicated well.

United Kingdom | 13 September 2019Cheap pricing but the direct debit amounts dont seem to align to expected use. Had to call in as i was in credit over two months. Still awaiting ny ny refund

Mr Trevor
United States | 13 September 2019Nice to have a company that understands Economy 7,

United Kingdom | 13 September 2019Switch was easy, price very competitive. Apparently customers are required to give monthly meter readings (must have missed that), so wouldn't it be great if a monthly email reminder was sent? Apart from that, enjoy being a customer..

Mrs Topp
United Kingdom | 12 September 2019The service has been ok apart from confusion around payment a few months ago. Also i don't get a reminder to read the meters. This would be very helpful as I never think to do it otherwise.

Richard Lower
United Kingdom | 12 September 2019Absolutely fine supplier and constantly show up on comparison sites as the cheapest supplier for me. Never had a problem and actually rang them recently to adjust my direct debit and the phone was answered very quickly.

Mrs Charlene
United Kingdom | 12 September 2019Easy changeover, economy seven energy did everything for me. Easily manageable account online.

John
United Kingdom | 12 September 2019Absolute rubbish, they promise low prices but put them up not long after joining then take large sums from DD without you knowing, rip-off company!!

Claudia Burgos
United Kingdom | 12 September 2019The staff member was very helpful but closed the chat before I had finished with all my queries so I had to open a new chat. In the second chat I discovered one piece of information the previous person had given me was incorrect.

Mr Dennis
United Kingdom | 12 September 2019It's good that Economy Seven Energy remains my cheapest option and that's even with providing from renewable sources. It would have been a five star rating except for the way it handles payments. For me to budget my finances monthly I need a system that has a fixed monthly payment not the method of differing payments for the winter and for the summer months which economy seven uses. You've 'had' me for a year and so you should be able to divide my usage by 12 and make a simple monthly payment that doesn't vary through the year and allows me to budget for that payment each month. I'm more than happy for credit to buildup during the summer months which is then used up during the heavy usage (electric heating) during the winter months. Simples - please do this.

Simon
United Kingdom | 12 September 2019Cheapest available tariff, simple and easy switch, no problems since and green energy!
