Very happy with the rugs I ordered. At the last minute I realised I 'd got my measurements wrong. It was too late to change the order (as the rugs were already cut to size) but Natural Rug store were very helpful and were happy to comply with my request to send some extra binding with my order in case I needed to get the carpet cut down locally. As it happens a little bit of furniture moving around did the trick and the rugs fitted in the room ok and look lovely. They also arrived for Christmas despite me missing the Christmas deadline so that was another plus point.
