This is a beautiful rug and the binding is so well done.

A good quality rug that complements the room well. Colour of border is slightly different to that of the sample in the same material- not an issue though as works well in the room. Poor service with regard to delivery. Website stated 14 days from order (21 in busy times). At no point was I made aware that November is a busy time but if it had arrived within the stated 21 days then that would have been fine. As this didn't happen I spoke to someone who promised me delivery the following Saturday (we were at work all the following week so couldn't receive it). Saturday delivery was, however, promised. The following Friday I received texts from the courier stating that they have been 'unable to deliver'. Upon phoning the store I was informed they don't do Saturday delivery in our area. poor service and poor knowledge. Don't offer Saturday delivery without first checking whether you can offer it in that area. Alternatively use a courier that does offer Saturday delivering in all areas (I live in a busy town in central England where we have multiple courier deliveries on Saturdays). Most frustratingly I had cancelled or Saturday plans in order to ensure we were here for the rug delivery. Unacceptable customer service.

Perfect. So easy to order online, arrived shortly afterwards. Really good price, quality amazing and looks fabulous. I'd wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

Great rugs excellent quality. HOWEVER. DHL DELIVERED IN TWO VISITS WHICH WAS UNEXPECTED AND I AM SURE AVOIDABLE . They gave apathetic reason , namely they had a truck problem . Not my problem!!!!

Rug is of good quality but when you pay a premium price you expect it to turn up in perfect condition,my kitchen mat turned up with a pulled thread to the edge although it has flattened,if I had brought it in a local shop I would have taken it back,it's to much hassle with courier etc,but saying that I would purchase another mat from this company,rant over

Great quality carpet and very quick to deliver

We ordered a very large (4 1/2m x 3 1/2 m) custom made seagrass mat, with a leather border and contrast piping. Two weeks later it was delivered extremely well packaged with clear care instructions. It is very well made and now looks great in our dining room! Highly recommend this company.

Ordering online was quick and easy. Getting the samples was great as it meant that you could see what the rug would look like. After ordering had to call to find out about expected time (as went past the time quoted on FAQs). Was told would get an email to confirm delivery but got this a few days later on day of delivery. Great rug so overall would use again. Only comment would be that the service between placing the order and delivery wasn't that great.

We wanted a hard wearing rug,as we have 3 dogs. Looks great in our room.

From my initial research on their website followed by a call to place order to receiving rug within the predicted 2 weeks , the whole transaction was Excellent and faultless. In the past we have gone to recommended retailers for this quality product Crucial Trading Rug and have waited 6 weeks before the product arrives along with the attendant stress and frustration. For any further orders of this product my only call now will be to The Natural Rug Store

On my specified delivery date my rugs did not arrive. I phoned up a few days later to find out what was going on and customer service told me that my order had just arrived in their warehouse.However, they told me the exact same thing a few days earlier, and it was the same customer service agent. Either they were confused or they were telling fibs. My order arrived about a week late in the end but I am happy with the product.
