It took me a long time to find a suitable rug for our utility room. I looked at cheaper runners and small rugs, but they were just that - cheap and poor quality. Having looked a the Natural Rug Store web site, I sent for samples which were promptly delivered and looked really good. So, I ordered the exact size required, and it arrived well before expected delivery date. The packaging was excellent and so was the service, and the rug is great! It looks and is very good quality, I am really pleased with it. In fact, if I had a spot for another one I would have no hesitation in ordering one!

Great speedy service ( even just before Christmas) Our rug arrived as notified and really well packaged - so no chance of it being damaged in transit. The quality of the product is excellent and we're thrilled how great it looks in our home ( old cottage).
