Rug came exactly as described. Very pleased with quality. It was exactly what I wanted.

Easy, quick sample ordering. The samples on the online rug maker were reliable and aided the final choice. Delivery of the rug was prompt and care had been taken to ensure that it arrived in perfect condition. My only negative comment is to do with the rubber backing, which was an extra cost. This was not attached to the rug and could have been sourced separately.

Choosing my rug was easy with the online system. The making up took a while but when my rug arrived it exceeded expectations. The sticky underlay was not included in the parcel (so tightly wrapped I had to be careful not to damage the contents!) but arrived very quickly once I had reminded the store. A very good source of practical floor coverings, which don't leap at you with garish patterns!

We have bought rugs from the natural rug store twice now and on both occassions the experience was exceptional, the ordering system and choice is very good, samples are sent fast and if you are picky you can order variations and different sisal, choir etc types to see what really works. The quality of the rugs is very high, the first rug has now been down for approaching 2 years and looks like new.

Since my review below the rug has arrived and is lovely. Natural rug store also compensated me for the delivery issue despite the fact delivery was free and it was TNT's incompetence and not theirs. Nice one natural rug store... OLD REVIEW: I ordered a rug on 9th October. The time specified for delivery had elapsed so I rang up on 27th October to find out what was happening. Apparently the rug had arrived that day. TNT attempted delivery when we weren't at home and left a card, and did the same again the following day. After that I went online to re-book a delivery for when I was going to be home but the system wouldn't let me. When I called TNT they also weren't able to schedule a specific delivery date, but the lady on the phone attempted to leave a note to request delivery on Monday so I could be at home. I waited in my house all day on Monday (today) for the delivery, and checking online noticed that apparently delivery had been attempted earlier that afternoon. Having been at home all day and not heard the door knock and no card being left, I called yet again and the chap on the phone was still unable to re-book delivery. I tried to call Natural Rug Store but their customer service line was closed at around 5.05pm. I'm currently still waiting for my rug with no idea when it's due to arrive and unable to stay at home another day this week due to work.

The process of choosing and ordering is clearly well thought out as one 'builds' the carpet or runner to one's own satisfaction through a process of choices.. I needed to change my order two days after completing the initial order and there was no problem. The wait is a few weeks but it is well worth it and my coir runner fitted perfectly and looks marvellous.

I can't fault the rug company. Our samples arrived promptly and use of the rug builder helped our choice. Once ordered the rug arrived carefully packaged and in perfect condition- we have had loads of compliments already. A small showroom where all of the colours and combinations could be viewed would be the icing on the cake!

Order taken and confirmed quickly. Delivery notification very good indeed. Finished product arrived as notified,well packaged. All round very efficient.

Excellent website. I went with the design your own rug facility and asked for some samples which came quickly. I made my selection and placed the order. From start to finish the service has been excellent. Rug arrived on time and is better than I expected. I have had some bad experiences with previous rugs from other suppliers failing to match the website pictures but this was far from the case here. Its been perfect and I cannot rate you highly enough.
