Excellent well made product. Ordered a coir rug made to measure, giving very specific dimensions with very tight tolerance for error - the finished rug fits perfectly. While there were some issues with lead times and delivery, Natural Rug Store have redeemed themselves and have a satisfied customer. Very often it is only when something goes wrong with an order that one gets the true measure of a company by the way they handle difficult situations - Jag at Natural Rug Store turned the situation around and I am grateful to him for his involvement. Although I would obviously have preferred a totally smooth transaction, the quality of the product makes a bit of hassle tolerable, and I would not hesitate to use the company again.

Thrilled with my new runner excellent quality. Well worth paying the extra for the added protection as my new puppy was sick on it in the first week. I sponged it gently and there is no stain to be seen.

Very happy with my rug, I had my rug for nearly 2 weeks now and am very happy with the quality. I found it very easy to use this company from getting the samples to the ordering online, also very well wrapped and packaged well.

Having taken a VERY long time to make a rug choice from the huge range of options, my eye is taking a wee while to adjust to the change my choice has made to my room. The workmanship, though, is first rate and colours exactly match the sample - how excellent to offer this sample service! My rug did not arrive on the promised day due to a glitch with he courier but my concerns were dealt with by customer services at the Rug Store very quickly and pleasantly, for which I thank you. Overall, a very good experience. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
