Very please with my natural Rug, just what I was looking for, good service, would recommend to others

We highly recommend this company & it's products..maybe a little more expensive than most rug producers..but very high quality, even the packaging & delivery were second to none.. Very highly recommended & we will certainly buy again..

We already have a rug from 2 years ago and this one extends the area in our kitchen perfectly. Our only complaint is with delivery- we contest the assertion that we were not at home for scheduled delivery and can only assume delivery was attempted at wrong address. I notified the Rug Store of this and made arrangements for re- delivery following week but rug was actually delivered 2 days earlier than arranged - fortunately someone was at home to receive the rug.

I was apprehensive about ordering online but the website did a good job of representing the look and feel of the several options for custom made rugs. Delivery was on time. We are really pleased with the quality of manufacture and look of our lovely new hallway rug!

The seagrass rug we received from the Natural Rug Store was made to measure (length, width, colour of surround), good looking, good quality and extremely well packaged on arrival. We will be going back there again - perhaps a jute rug next time.

Whilst we received some cheaper quotes for a similar product - we had more confidence that The Natural Rug Store would deliver a superior product. We were right to think this - on both sizeable rugs, the edges are perfectly straight and beautifully hand crafted. The colour schemes were perfect too; as we had been sent samples on numerous colours and fabrics ahead of placing our order which ensured we would be satisfied with the final product in this respect. Manufacture and delivery was fast (within 2 weeks) and easy. The rugs were meticulously wrapped in protective layers to ensure we received them in flawless condition. Very happy with the final product.

Brought two rugs, both are well made and good quality, nice to get a rug made to my exact size and colour.

We ordered a new rug for our lounge. The website was lovely and the 'build your own rug' facility was perfect for us! We received a phone call when the rug was ready to arrange a convenient delivery time / date, so no danger of it arriving when no one was home. The delivery was prompt and the packaging was secure. The rug is perfect; even better than expected, and we are very very happy with our purchase.

Required a solid, easy clean, non slip natural rug for our new entryway. The Natural Rug Store made it almost impossible to choose due to their fantastic selection of materials! Was a little apprehensive before it arrived but found it to be an excellent choice, exceedingly well packaged (took me 10 minutes to work my way through 4 layers of packaging) and arrived timeously. Would have no hesitation in recommending and would order again in a heartbeat.

Ordered samples, which came quickly and helped with my selection. Then placed my order. I loved the Rug Builder to view my various rug options and trims. The rug was delivered on Christmas Eve and exceeded my expectations on quality and finished. Over joyed with my stylish rug.

Ordered my rug after getting a sample and was very pleased with it. The service was excellent throughout and delivery of the carpet from 1 phone call to delivery at my door up in Morayshire 1v30 was 24 hrs.

I found the colour of the coir dull. I have had a coir rug before which was a more golden colour and looked better. I think these rugs would be more attractive without the binding if it was possible to turn and glue the edges under.

A very good experience again

I placed an order 21 days ago and have still not heard from the store that the rug is ready or had any communication at all in fact since I placed the order; Updates and communication on progress and delays would be appreciated. Not only is the delay longer than expected based on the website information the lack of communication is disturbing. Updated comment: Next day follow up on my posting and rug delivered the following day before 12. The rug itself looks and feels great.

Absolutely thrilled with our recent rug purchase from the Natural Rugstore. Their website is extremely good, and from the moment I placed the order online, their customer service,communication, delivery and packing has been excellent. Let,s not forget the great product at a great price ! Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

There was a problem arranging delivery. I was told I could leave a note for courier asking them to leave rug somewhere. I left a note but the courier just took it away again. I then arranged for it to be brought back the next day, but when I arrived home it was there - along with a card saying they couldn't deliver rug because no one was in and it had to be signed for - all very confusing!

Having bought 2rugs from the Rug store I have been disappointed how quickly they became dirty and even more disappointed that the cleaning unit I purchased weeks ago has still NOT arrived although the payment has been processed NOT HAPPY and now I am asked to review the product I haven't received !!!!
