The new rug we've bought for the living room is great. It makes the whole room look warm and cosy. Definitely a change from the very pale rug we had before which was also bought from the Natural Rug Company.

I found the website easy to use and graphically very helpful. The samples arrived promptly and beautifully wrapped which was a nice touch. Although the order was easy to process, I had a query regarding the orientation of the stripes. The customer service assistant was very polite and efficient in confirming my requirements by email. The rug arrived on time and we are delighted with the workmanship. I would happily use this company again

The store told me the rug would arrive on Tuesday. Unfortunately they entrust their goods to DHL. According to their parcel tracking system, my rug has been out with the delivery driver ever since and it's now 4pm on Friday. Phone calls and emails have broiught no response from DHL. Can't tell you what the rug's like but The Natural Rug Store needs to get another courier service.

The Natural Rug store have exceeded my expectations each time I contacted them. From being very needy (me) about the number and types of samples to processing three very large and complicated orders. Each time they have been professional, quick and willing to help resolve any little issues I may have and suggeting solutions to ensure the order is processed as quickly as possible. They are my favorite rug supplier and I WILL use them again.

I am very pleased with the rug. Having spent a lot of time looking at the various products and numerous variations I did have some reservations as to whether I had made the right choice. I ordered my samples from the website, and they arrived within a couple of days. It was so useful having the 'real thing' to look at, feel, and match with our furnishings. The rug arrived within a couple of weeks and is perfect! Beautifully made and finished. Fabulous company to dedeal with and I'm about to order a couple more for our bedroom.

The mat is great, looks very good for what it is, and it looks like it has been hand made as everything is just right and not completely perfect like a mass produced item. This is what we wanted for our home. However for what we paid, we would have expected the rug stores cleaning box to have been supplied as this is recommended for treatment to maintain the rug seasonally. The only downside was the delivery, via DHL, we had a text stating when it would be delivered by but the time was missed by a good 3 hours. Not the rug stores fault but an issue nonetheless.

I was overwhelmed at first with so many options available, but was very glad in the end that I had so much choice. The quality is excellent, I will buy again knowing that I can get the perfect fit and finish. Just measuring up now for the next one! Thank you, Sandra

Ordered seagrass herringbone with border in dark blue for dining room of our 17th century cottage. Perfect, not fussy but perfectly in keeping with style of room, not far off the floor covering on flagstones that would have been down at the time.
