Very pleased what I was expecting

The rug looks very well made. It has a cushiony feel when you stand on it. Really nice. It has the look and feel of good quality. Gives confidence that it will last for years.

Beautiful product and really easy customising service on the website. Communication was spot on as there were some delays from the original point of order, but these were clearly communicated up front. Will certainly be ordering more rugs from here!

Had been looking for hard wearing rug at patio doors that would take the increased traffic outdoor entertaining has inflicted. Tricky space and ability to choose type and exact size was true bonus. Slight lag in delivery due to COVID but we were made aware from start. Delivery arranged by phone and arrived on time. Rug fits exactly and looks the part. I ordered a rug mid December and received an email saying due to the current situation orders were taking longer to fill and to expect it to take 20-25 days. It only occurs to me now that it might have been better practice for Natural Rug Store to have this as a banner on their website so you are aware prior to payment, but still. It's a rug, no rush, no big deal. I wait over 25 days and when I don't hear anything I email. Three days later a response, it's not ready, we'll ask the rug room. I don't hear anything for a week, so I email again. It'll be ready in 3-4 days and they'll be in touch re: delivery... I don't hear again for another week... I have just emailed them to ask if they have any intention of providing the rug I paid £200 for nearly two months back. I really hesitated to write this, but I just can't think what justifies such a poor service/lack of communication. I wouldn't want them to take anybody else's money based on the experience I have had.

My rug arrived. The rug is very well made and I’m really pleased with it. Although I was told after ordering that it could take longer I was disappointed with the lack of communication after the delivery should have been. I contacted the Rug store and was advised it would be another couple of weeks, although I would have preferred to be contacted it would not stop me ordering again as the rug is just what I wanted and very well made.

Excellent customer service and the rug we purchased is made very well and we are very happy with it. It arrived in good time and was very well packed. Their web-site is also designed well and is very helpful for helping customers construct their own personal rug. We would totally recommend this company.

Workmanship excellent, however disappointed to find our rug has a latex backing not a natural seagrass as we expected. No where on our order was this mentioned, unfortunately we can't use the rug on the vinyl floor it was bought for.

I am very pleased with our jute rug from The Natural Rug Store. It arrived more or less around the time that was quoted although I was a little disconcerted to receive two emails asking me to review my rug before I had actually received it! I will be using The Natural Rug store for my next project and have already passed on details to family members.

A glitch with my order sorted out quickly and politely-quality excellent.

Poor to zero communication from the outset. Chased delivery after not hearing anything to be told would be contacted the same day on e mail with an update. It didn't arrive so chased again the next working day to not being remembered at all! Then told the order was delayed and we had been mailed at the wrong e mail address - strange when the original confirmation of the order and payment was correct. Refund was activated immediately as if were waiting to be asked! Caution!

Advice for customers, get a sample of the material before ordering. My rug not what I expected, no fault of The Natural Rug Store as I didn't order samples but on receipt of my rug I find the texture unfit for purpose and the colour different from what I expected. Get a sample!

Rug exactly meets my expectations. The company kept me informed of expected delivery.

I have now got the rug and whilst it took a long time to come it is great now that it is here.

This is the fourth rug that I've bought from this company. The quality is superb. I am always pleased with my purchases.

High quality rug that was well packaged for shipping and perfect on arrival. You may have to wait for it to be made but expect to have no complaints when it turns up.
