Purchased an Oil filled Radiator that was leaking and they offered to refund or replace. It was replaced and the communication was excellent. Very happy with the customer service.

Contacted Deawoo Electricals regarding my hand held vacuum I purchased in 2022.I bought another one not realising it was corded. I have a bad shoulder and it's a lot heavier. My charger had broken on the original. Deawoo have been fantastic ,they saw my original receipt was still valid for the 3 year warranty and have arranged for another charger replacement. Fantastic customer service.

Had bought a couple of the Hairy Biker cast iron frying pans, but 1 started to bubble on the coating. It's within warranty so contacted customer service to see if they could help. They were really accommodating and due to this pan no longer being available they issued a full refund. Thank you so much for all your help, new pan now ordered.

Contacted Daewoo with regards to an issue with the wire basket for the Daewoo Actuate microwave Air fryer. I have to say they resolved the issue very promptly and exceeded my expectations

I bought a Daewoo air fryer and it stopped working within the extended 2 year warranty. I contacted customer support and they were extremely fast in responding and were very helpful. Since the exact model I had bought was no longer in stock they have arranged to send me a replacement that is the closest available model. Very happy with their response!

We bought an air fryer in March 2023 it then stopped working last month so I got in touch with the service team and they asked for a short film showing the problem and within 2 days they replied and said that they didn’t stock the one we had but offered us a better one as an upgrade. This arrived on Monday the 11/12/2024 and is bigger and better than the one we bought the customer service we received was brilliant and would recommend daewoo products and service to anybody.

We brought a microwave direct from Daewoo, it arrived faulty, the dial is loose and it doesn't heat up. We have contacted them on 05/12 to get a replacement & was asked to send them a video showing the problem. We done this and two days later, we still have no microwave. Any other shop would have replaced this straight away

Customer service was brilliant. I bought an air fryer and registered it for the warranty but it had stopped working. Customer services were really prompt in getting back to me and once they were satisfied it wasn’t working they’ll send me a replacement. Thank you!

Purchased a Halogen heater with 3 years waranty on 26/1/23, heater is plastic body, the rear of the heater melted and nearly caught fire it was only my wife noticed it that saved the day, Reported the incident to Daewoo who will not pay out/ or replace the heater as the lable on the back has fallen off and they say it may not be there,s, even though i have the original box and reciept.

We purchased a Daewoo 9 litre double drawer air fryer in March 24 , it has not lasted a full twelve months( very light use ) before it expired ! had to return to store for refund. Must be poor quality build due to short life span . Very Dissapointed with you Mr Daewoo. Need to find another better quality appliance now. ******** UPDATE******* If you were to read my comments properly Mr daewoo you will see i have alreadv returned the brken appliance, my point is that it has not lasted a paltry twelve months !!!!!!!!!.

Ok, so a little concerned having seen the reviews for service here but in terms of delivery and service I have so far received I can only write good things. My parcel was sent out in time by Daewoo with good communication and tracking. However after Evri received the product and stated delivery would happen in a certain day they failed to deliver and made up woeful excuses. I go contacted Daewoo who after a couple of days allowing Evri to rectify the problem but failing to do so Daewoo enquired whether I wanted refund or replacement and I chose to replace. They even changed delivery supplier and used a better firm and within two or three days the air fryer has arrived. The service has been excellent thus far. I have yet to try the item but as I say thus far service has been outstanding.

I will never purchase anything from thus company again. Thus includes through any reseller. I purchased a dpg groomer a few months ago. One of the combs snapped. It says in the Amazon information to contact Daewoo direct for.any issues. I did, as the groomer was within the warranty. Daewoo's response was to charge me for another comb. On top of that they expect me to pay for the postage. Thus means they have taken no responsibility for their defective goods and expect the customer to pay for it. The comb guard coat £5.and the postage is around that price too. Yet Daewoo expect ME. To pay for it. My advice is to sct with caution if you ever consider purchasing a Daewoo product. Because as you see the customer care is no good as they do not put the customer first and are only interested in benefiting from their faulty products.

We bought a Daewoo microwave oven,and extended warranty. Conveniently for them just after warranty ran out the problems began. I placed 4 mince pies on a microwaveable plate onto the rotating glass plate,timed them for 90 seconds and went into living room to eat our tea. Thinking pies would be nicely warmed up ready to eat. I started to smell something burning and proceeded to open kitchen door. Thick black smoke bellowed out and my husband rushed in. The microwave was shrouded in thick, black choking smoke. He got a towel and put the microwave in the back yard. We saw afterwards the timer was still in the same position as I had placed it on. Obviously the microwave was annihilated. The stupid,incompetent questions Daewoo has asked are so excruciatingly ridiculous and I knew from the onset they would try and squirm their way out of all responsibility,and I told them so. I was asked.. "Has customer still got the mincepies" Did they leave foils on Where did they place pies in the microwave ". I've since researched this and it's obvious it was something connected to the thermal cut out switch.This could have resulted in fatalities and Instead of preventing their reputation from being tarnished,they should as a multi million company and as a gesture of goodwill,apologise and replaced the microwave. Instead they have insulted my intelligence by asking stupid incompetent questions. I am a woman who like millions of others warm mincepies up in the microwave, without the foils,placed in the centre of the appliance,for a relatively few seconds. Anyone else had this response from Daewoo? Thank you

The customer service was very easy to access and simple to use. Business was conducted via email and all my queries were answered promptly. A new part (requested) was sent very quickly. Overall very happy with the service provided

Bought a Daewoo Soupmaker 13 months ago for a Christmas present. It was used from early January for about 3-4 months, then I unpacked it recently to find out is did heat up the soup. I contacted Daewoo who basically said ‘tough cheese’ as it was not under warranty anymore and they could not help me any further ! Also the same response when I enquired about repairs ! The lesson learnt here is : cheap will not last. Companies that sell cheap rubbish have an equally rubbish customer service department who do not care about their products and the ability to repair them- a throw away society led by careless electrical companies like Daewoo Electricals Poor poor product - poor poor attitude- poor poor Daewoo Electricals

I purchased a Daewoo Mini Countertop Electric Cooker on the 2nd of November 2023. The product has been used around twice a week since then and this week I went to use it and the element in the top of the oven has stopped working. I have contacted customer service and was told that because it was outside of the 1 year warranty which only ended 2 weeks ago. I do not believe that companies should be selling electrical appliances that will only last 1 year of use. 100% would not recommend their products.

Kettle broke down under warranty and they have been about as useful as a lemon. Wanted a video showing the problem, and then wouldn't send out another until I cut the lead and sent a picture or returned the damaged unit. Considering this was a replacement for a damaged unit from earlier this year. The difference in customer service was stark
