I’m looking forward to any new additional extras these guys add. The automatic Donation to the hungry when using the ziglu card is genus and modern. Ziglu is a great SAFE way to be apart of the crypto space with the least amount of possible future issues like security or support, the only helpful tool I see missing is a chart or timeline graph so you can see some pattern, but charts and graphs 📈 📉📊 .

I do not have ONE Bad thing too say say. Ziglu has been a life saver I'm nearly 70 and get alot of money sent from mainly family and have been doing up my house and needed a heater etc. I'm so happy with them. Thank you. I will be using this for many years.

United Kingdom | 02 March 20212nd time that my account is frozen sent an email to customer service saying this is the second time I sent them all the documents first time and the unfroze my account and as soon as I made one payment they frozen it again what’s going on. I called them they said they message there compliance team but I’m still get to her anything I need my money!!!

I DONT WORK NOTHING MY Partner whom of 25 years has passed away I have no one. Nothing but a old building society and my benefits thank you!

They recently told me that the account will be closed in 30 days and to provide a bank. Yet no funds have been received or sent and they have the audacity to act like they care on social media like Twitter and on review pages like this one. Talking about “thanks for the feedback email helpziglu.con. “Can’t you see they are laughing at our faces? These are real people who hide behind the company and lies. But we will see when they receive constant visits at the office 🤝

United Kingdom | 21 February 2021I must defend Ziglu they are definitely not a scam as has been suggested here, but you have to invest according to the rules which need to be studied. On that basis I have had not any problems whatever. I have found them easy to get hold of on the phone and they are good to deal with. There is no guarantee with Bitcoins and Crypto-currency generally, far from it, but so far so good. As a word of caution though I would only invest as much as I would not lose any sleep over if I lost, not a penny more.

United Kingdom | 18 February 20216 days have passed since they closed my account and they asked me to provide them with my information so the money I have in Account is sent to me. I have emailed them and constantly tried to ask for an update but days go by they don’t respond to my live chat request nor emails. I am a daytime trader and I linked my Ziglu to a trading platform that only allows me to withdraw funds to the card that I have linked and they won’t allow me to change that until I have evidence that the account is permanently closed

United Kingdom | 17 February 2021froze my account after I withdrew GBP to account I used to buy from, now funds frozen and customer services won't reply. You can't withdraw your cryptos, have to convert to GBP, you don't own the private keys, you have zero control of your own assets and subject to whatever Ziglu decide to do, thus negating the point of holding cryptos at all. Avoid at all costs. There are other platforms that offer debit cards that are actual real crypto exchanges and wallets.

United Kingdom | 12 February 2021you people don’t even deserve one star . my account was frozen yesterday when i transferred £370 to my mum for rent ?? why ? i’ve transferred to her several times , she even has the same surname as me . rent is today and i haven’t been able to complete it . I was sent an email yesterday morning and i replied within 5 minutes with all necessary documents including proof of ownership of the funds . i’m tired , i should’ve listened to my boyfriend when he told me to close this bank . you guys are scams , i want my money or i will be forced to take legal actions .
